Bag fares suck! Very over priced!$$$$
Short flight, not too bad
The only negative I had was that we were coming from Salt Lake City, UT and had oversized bags (skis/snowboard). At bag check they had very small table and lady told us to stack our bags onto the table which was already very full. The bags fell once we stacked ours on top like she advised us to do and then she proceeded to throw our $600 plus gear around as if the bags falling were on purpose. Didn’t was not pleased at how my bags were handled at the bag check. Only negative with Alaska.
Flight was delayed and I missed my connection. Delta automatically got me on another flight and notified me before the first flight landed. Love that I didn’t have to find an agent and figure out what to do.
On time flight!
I really appreciate notifying me of potential flight cancel because of inclement weather at one of the stops and was given the ability to change to another flight for free although I was on basic economy. That was very convenient for me and saved me from getting stuck in the airport
Unfortunate that the entertainment screens were not working for the Super Bowl game. The ones I could see around me all said "service not available". This meant not only was the game not available but all the movies and other features were not available.
I didn’t like paying for my checked bags seems like it should be free for your first bag up to 50lbs vacations are expensive enough and everyone nickel and dimes you to death all along the way but in reality it’s more like 50$ and 50$ you to death
It’s a cattle car
My bags were actually put on an earlier flight so they were there waiting for me when I got to Seattle.
