Koh Samui Islands Golf Vacations

The villa was spectacular the staff was beyond kind and helpful and the breakfast was so yummy ! All you could ever want in an hotel ! We can’t wait to go back .

Nice people and premises. The food could be improved if advertising 5 star. (Never seen a pizza like it!)

This is now the fourth W hotel I’ve stayed at. Summary: As a whole, our entire stay felt inconsistent and subpar to a normal W stay. The cost cuts are quite evident in multiple aspects of the stay, and guests should never feel like they are overpaying because management is trying to optimize revenue. The reception team tried hard to make up for many misses and apologize when things didn’t go as planned. But when you have 4-5 hiccups in one weekly stay, it’s hard to look back and think it was a flawless stay. That said, some staff are clear stars, like our host Khun Mary who was brilliant at check in and check out. Also, Khun Noi from the breakfast team also deserves praise. Her smile and warmth made our mornings extra brighter each morning service. Serious areas needing attention are the overall food program (reused fruit and protein), and the lack of staff in areas that need it more, such as the main pool. Finally, staff made several attempts to apologize for all the issues. A plate of fruit the next day for the Ac blowing out one night, and a beautiful turndown service on our last night after the 2nd failed massage. So at least they did try hard to redeem themselves when something went awry which was truly appreciated. As beautiful as the location is, we would not stay at the W Koh Samui again. In fact, we would likely be inclined to recommending friends and family to spend a little more and stay at the Four Seasons for a truly exceptional stay.

Excellent hotel and staff, very helpful and polite. Highly recommend staying there

We had a wonderful stay at Nikki Beach Resort and would gladly return. The property is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and made our stay so enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was the location. The resort was within easy walking distance of several local restaurants, including Tammi's, and there were also two massage parlors nearby, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy great food and relax without needing transportation. Tours and excursions also picked us up directly from the resort with no issues, making it easy to explore the island. The only downside was the resort's food. While the breakfast was acceptable, the remainder of the resort's food selections didn't quite match the exceptional quality of the accommodations and service. Thankfully, we discovered Tammi's on our first night, and it truly felt like a hidden gem. The restaurant was air-conditioned (a welcome escape from the tropical heat), and the staff were incredibly accommodating. They took our food orders seriously and made sure everything was prepared exactly as requested. The bartender was exceptionally meticulous, and every drink was consistently excellent. We ended up returning multiple times during our stay because the service and food were so reliable. Overall, Nikki Beach exceeded our expectations. The outstanding hospitality, beautiful accommodations, convenient location, easy
