The staff are superb! They do their best with the facilities they have. This is not a 4 star hotel--2 stars at best. It is in real need of a comprehensive remodel. Breakfast was tasty but very basic. Otherwise I didn't eat there. The hotel is rather isolated and travel to the north or east sides of the island took 45 to 60 minutes via grab or bolt. Again, 5 stars to the staff. But for the price, you can do better.

The hotel is good, the rooms are large and clean, but the gym is really not good. Food at the restaurant was good for lunch and dinner, but the included breakfast is a little below normal Koh Samui standards in our opinion. Few options and average quality.
