Hotel manager and concierge were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for us. Had a little trouble with the air conditioning, but dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Complex and the units are ideal, although in the process of being modernised as some areas looking a little tired in places.

Secluded area meaning lovely quiet beach away from tourists, will need to hire bike/car to get around as it not walkable. We loved our stay, it is a very quiet family run hotel. The staff are lovely but sometimes hard to find anyone maybe a low season thing. We stayed in beachfront villa which was very big, bathroom/shower was outside which is cute but attached lots of mosquitoes. Coiled were lit daily but they do run out/don’t stop all.

Staff were great and the breakfast was good, the beach was quite nice also.
The rooms were in need of refurbishment and the bedding was not up to scratch. Maintenance appeared to be an issue from what I saw.
I would unfortunately not stay again given with conditions as they are.

If you are looking for a private and quiet stay away, this is definitely a great choice.
As the main restaurant was closed for renovations, we were limited to the two restaurants. The menu catered to both western and thai offerings, but one may feel that there was not much variety if one was planning to have all meals within the resort (eg. breakfast menu was exactly the same for all days we were there).
Room was very comfortable and clean. The tub in the room offered some alternative activity on a slightly rainy day when the pool is not available. Small touches were appreciated - turn down services included local snacks which we got to try, celebratory gestures to celebrate anniversary and a birthday (eg. cake & sparkling wine) were made available complimentary.
As the area is a little remote, I'm glad that the resort provided complimentary shuttle services to both Chaweng and Lamai. Also appreciated the hotel app which made communication with various concierge and hotel services very easy. Responses were super prompt.
I recommend the massages at the spa - suggest to book in advance to secure a slot.

We recently stayed at The Briza Resort and Spa in Koh Samui and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the service provided by Ken and his team was nothing short of fabulous. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, and their warm, friendly approach made us feel so welcome. Everyone at the resort was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, always ready with great recommendations on where to eat and what to see around Koh Samui.
We booked a two-bedroom villa, which was extremely spacious and well equipped — perfect for a family stay. The comfort and practicality of the villa made it easy to relax and enjoy our holiday.
If we had to mention any downsides, it would be that the beds were a little on the hard side and you couldn't walk straight out to a beach. That said, these were very minor points compared to the overall experience. The affordability of the resort, combined with the excellent service and lovely atmosphere, made it an outstanding choice for our family.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Briza Resort and Spa and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Koh Samui.
