The room definitely needs a make over, old and overpriced. Loose power plugs, air conditioning unit sounds like a tornado and noisy. To get off the toilet you have to sit sideways or you would knock yourself out, shower head needs replaced and no hot water at night. Extraction fans do not work, noise only, no sucking. Room has an unpleasant smell. The fores about the hotel are, the staff are lovely, bed comfortable, and cleaners do the best they can to.

The place is dated and falling apart, everything just looks old. The refinement is not there. The acoustics were so so bad that we can hear the conversations from the adjacent room. The bathroom sliding door couldn’t lock / wasn’t functional at all.

The only problem is lately the air cond is not cold even though we have set the thermostat to 16°C. Please maintain the aircond units properly. Please don’t control the settings from your control room to 24°C. We have paid for the room and some of us love 16°C.
