Where to start... they were doing a full renovation during my stay starting on the ground floor. Got a double room on the 3rd floor. Bed was hard, had tiny spiders in my room, dust bunnies in the vent in the bathroom, and found an old beer bottle from a previous occupant under the sideboard. AC was not working and when I asked the person at the front desk about it, she replied "is it not working or is it just not cold enough for you...". I was staying there dealing with a sudden death in the family otherwise would have spoken to them about their many shortcomings and overall rude personnel during my stay. I rarely write bad reviews but my stay at this hotel was totally unacceptable. Do better.
