Very clean property, great privacy in a booming tourist town, 10 min drive to just about anything you want to do in Branson. Once pool is renovated, we will likely be back.

The resort itself has TONS to do for everyone. The pools and lake activities were the highlight. They had food onsite but the sandwich shop (Mountain Man) and the pizza shop (pizza world) were amazing. Avoid el jefes (we paid almost $17 a plate and they did NOT fill all 3 tacos with meat and the queso was completely cold - Not worth the price). Check in was a mess. The person who checked us in didn’t tell us which room we were in and sent us to concierge and gave us the wrong persons tags for our truck. Our cards didn’t work to the room and we had to go back to the front office. Then they called to say we had not completed the paperwork, which I had filled out while there for check in so we had to go back to the office again. The carpet in the rooms needs a deep clean. Our actual stay was really good and they have plenty of things to keep you busy onsite though.

We had a family with running, screaming, and jumping children above us. The security refused to ask them to stop until after 10 pm. This went on for four hours. They even admitted to the low standard construction. The security said the floors were paper thin and they would not do anything until 10 pm. We will not use this place again or refer it to anyone.
