“This is a very nice and well maintained hotel. The rooms are very nice and well kept , I really like the log cabin accents everywhere. There is a nice breakfast buffet every morning. The hotel is located right on the 76 strip and is attached to the Hughes Brothers Theater.”

“Good hotel that was very clean. The staff and the counter assistants were really helpful and caring. The hotel and rooms were clean. Buffet was typical, but very good. There are chances to improve, but for the price I paid, there is nothing to complain about.”

“This property is located in the HEART of Brandon, very convenient to everything. We weren’t accustomed to the “no maid service unless you request it” rule, and we didn’t care for walking to the desk to get an extra towel.”

“We were notified that there was construction occurring on the property during our stay, so the pool and splash area would be closed. The first day construction equipment noise woke me. Later that day, we were notified that our balcony would be stained, so would not be available. We decided to watch a bit of TV only to find that reception was an issue. Ultimately, we decided to leave the hotel a day early. We notified the front desk we would be checking out a day early. I requested that we……

“Clean rooms”

“Nice and clean room! The only issue I had was the bathroom door wasn’t aligned, so it wouldn’t shut. The top hinge plate was not secured to the frame.”

“First room they gave me reeked of smoke.The parking lot outside the room was covered in used cigarettes. Loaded my belongings back in car & returned to office. Offered me another room 2 doors down from previous room. No thank u! A lady walked out of hotel room smoking a cigarette while we where reloading the car.Finally gave us a room on inside which is what I signed up for when I made reservations.that room was fine!!!!!! Breakfast was phenomenal. Pools & hot tub were nice!”

“Front desk was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze, they gave recommendations for dinner, let us use some games for some family game time, and check-out was a piece of cake. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We did not know about a cheer competition going on at the facility before we booked, so the restaurant wasn't serving their normal menu due to that event, again, not a deal breaker, but the service there wasn't the best.”
