Staff were really nice and friendly.

Breakfast was great with the view of the sea, the walk up and down to the hotel room was a workout but good to get the steps in. Hotel staff all very kind and helpful, we booked a room with the private pool but would say the water was probably too cold to be in at the time of year we went in May. Overall, lovely hotel and a great stay.

This was an incredibly disappointing hotel. My partner and I are still trying to figure out how it can possible be a 5*. Worst 5* I have ever been to. We paid for ‘all inclusive’ only to find out that more than half the drinks menu was not included - not sure how this is ALL inclusive? For example, they have original daquari on their drinks menu but wouldn’t give me a strawberry daquari. They also wouldn’t give me a frozen daquari because this is a ‘different drink’ so was worth €12. All they had to do was blend it with ice. They wouldn’t add strawberry syrup because this is also a ‘different drink’ which was also €12. There was no consistency across the hotel with what was included. Some beers were included in one bar but not in another. Food was ok. Best food was the Italian restaurant but the buffet was just ok. The bed had bed bugs and we were given a room with a terrible view. Pool area was ok but definitely not 5* standard. Hotel staff were generally friendly but not helpful when I queried the all inclusive situation. Hotel is, however, in a great location with a fantastic sports bar nearby and nice restaurants nearby. It’s a shame that we paid all inclusive to then spend most days / evenings eating elsewhere. Would to back to this area but would 100% stay elsewhere. Definitely not a 5* hotel.

My best experience in Greece. Stayed for a month solo and had family visit me. It was truly magical. The staff were like family & good friends. There to support you as needed always. Never intrusive. From the moment I booked everyone was very helpful and keen to ensure my travel plans went very smoothly from arrival, during my stay and timely departure. Appreciate everything so much. Wonderful facilities well maintained in a perfect location to explore all of Rhodes. They truly live their Mission - philoxenia - let us look after your every need. Cars, tours, great quality. You never felt rushed. Everything delivered professionally to the highest quality. Food, stunning cocktails, pool bar dining and live music were all fabulous. Helpful too of family who visited me from overseas from United Kingdom & Australia. Pool area with the great lifeguard. Rooms - great size, balcony overlooking archaeological site, peaceful, lots of storage (unpacked for month), great wifi, housekeeping team kind and thoughtful. I totally understand why so many return to this gorgeous oasis. Will always stay here when I visit Rhodes. Thank you Popi, Evangelos, Vasili, Kiki, Kristine, Marianthi, Anna and everyone for a beautiful holiday. May all good things fill your lives.
