Northern Beaches Pet-friendly Vacations

The staff were helpful and nice. The place was clean. However, in the room I was given, whenever you change the room temperature, the air-conditioning duct would make banging/tapping sounds which keep you up at night. The bed, tightly made with extra large sheets (not an issue) had most of the sheet on one side of the bed and hardly any on the other side of the bed. I woke up one night lying on the bed itself and not the sheet and had to remake the bed so that the sheet could be tucked in properly. Having a room next to the staff lift meant you'd wake up to staff talking loudly outside your door. On the last day there was a lot of drilling and banging coming from the hallway. Overall it was a decent stay but not great. It's a decent hotel in a convenient location.

The room was clean and neat. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to shopping, restaurants and eating areas, ferries and train.

We celebrated a friend’s 40th and the hotel surprised us with a fruit platter and chocolate happy birthday plaque. The extra rollaway bed was actually an actual single bed and very comfy! Would definitely stay again.

Class all the way and Phillip at reception was brilliant. The advice he gave regarding local restaurants was well received and accurate. The only disappointment was we had only one night there! We will be back!

We stayed in the harbour view loft. Check-in was relatively straight forward. Apart from the view the room and amenity are very average. Probably an equivalent of a 2.5-3 star hotel. Don’t expect too much for breakfast, just toast and jam, milk and fruits. A nice weekend away though.

Staff were great on check in. As we were leaving at 5am they waved the parking cost as we arrived at 8pm which was nice.

I’m not a complainer but the wait time at reception was far too long I probably waited with my mum and kids at reception for 25 minutes at reception on both occasions and staff at reception let another person push in front of me. The person who pushed in complained about not being able to get into the room and the long wait were offered a late check out. We were not. We were not able to get into our room until after 3. My elderly mother had to sleep in warm clothes because our beds were not made with a top sheet only a fitted sheet and no extra linen in the cupboard. One of the fitted sheets on one of the beds had a hole in it too.
