The room was very disappointing and poorly maintained. There were far too many issues to list them all, but some of the main problems included a non-working external light, broken shower and exhaust fans, and a TV that didn't function properly and was hanging crooked on the wall. The fridge door dragged on the carpet every time it was opened, the floors and walls were dirty, and there were numerous poorly repaired patches throughout the room. There was no seating or table, no bedside tables, and the storage cupboard was broken. The biggest issue was the bed. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, with springs poking through, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the room was in poor condition and did not meet expectations. At more than $200 per night, it represented very poor value for money. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

Lovely location. Handy that parking and breakfast is included. Staff were all polite and up for a chat. Room was neat and tidy.

We stayed in a Family Quadruple room. 2 single beds in one room and 1 king bed in the other. Rooms were very spacious. Big smart TVs in both rooms. 2 air cons - both a little noisy. Had to turn them off to sleep (room 311). Nice location. 5 minute drive to Newport beach and restaurants. The Newport is just across the road. Overall had a nice stay and would book again.
