Clean spacious room. Lovely view. Wonderful staff. Delicious food. Very large and beautiful outdoor pool. The biggest I’ve ever seen. There’s room for everyone in there. As wet as ample seating and tanning areas. Love the convenience shop in the main lobby building.

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Everything was wonderful, from the beach to the pool to the staff. We wanted to relax and have no cares or worries for the week, and that’s what exactly what we were able to do!

The resort was wonderful. The rooms were kept clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very helpful and kind. Did not have a bad experience and will def do again. There were also little concierge stands by the villas downstairs for anyone who wanted restaurant reservations. Many restaurants to choose from, our fav was the Jamaican restaurant. Jordain the waiter, was so kind and helpful to us. I highly recommend The Grand Palladium. We stayed on the Lady Hamilton Side.

We enjoyed our stay at Bahia Principe in Runaway Bay. The welcoming was great and inviting. The room was clean, large and with the layout of the bathroom just right. We appreciated the view since it had a partial sea view and a view of the local homes next tot he property. We were on the 7th floor so the view was relaxing. During our time that we stayed many of the restaurants that are listed on the website was not availbale due to renovation and repairs. However, the Indian themed restuarant and the buffet was excellent. The only downside was I said yes to a 90 minute presentation after we had arrived. I wished that I had not done so, because I do not care for time share type of promotions. I was initially told it was not. My wife and I would stay here again only if the entire facility will be open and more restauarnt choices and beach access available. Ovarall a good stay for the three nights of stay.
