Sindo Island Ski Vacations

We had a great stay, room is clean and spacious, beautiful view of Namsan Tower, walkable Myeongdong St, Cathedral ,Lotte Mall ,Shinsege. Easy to book uber, easy airport bus access.

The rooms were clean but smaller than what we are used to in the US. The breakfast buffet was excellent! We stayed long & each morning the chef already knew how we liked our eggs prepared. The staff were all very nice & attentive to details. The male front desk manager was very accommodating & friendly. Gave us drinks upon arrival.

What a beautiful place! It has everything you'd hope for in a modern apartment. The lighting system is especially impressive once you figure out the controls—it really adds to the experience. The host was incredibly communicative and always easy to reach whenever we needed help. I accidentally triggered the security alarm and needed a password to disable it. I messaged the host through KakaoTalk and received the password almost immediately—sorry about that! 😄 The complimentary limousine service between the airport and the property was a fantastic convenience. It was smooth, efficient, and very easy to use by simply following the host's instructions. We also appreciated the welcome snacks, cereal, and drinks, which were perfect after a long international flight. The location is excellent and close to everything Gangnam has to offer. The nearest subway station is less than a 10-minute walk away, which we found very manageable. One tip for future guests: keep the property's address handy. Since it's not a commercial hotel, Uber and Naver Map occasionally had trouble finding the exact location. Overall, this was a wonderful place to come back to after long days of exploring Seoul. It was comfortable, quiet, and beautifully designed. Most importantly, we always felt that help was just a message away thanks to the attentive and responsive host. We would gladly stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at the Westin Seoul. The hotel and my room were exceptionally clean, polished, and beautifully maintained. The room was comfortable, thoughtfully appointed, and provided a relaxing place to return to after exploring the city. The breakfast buffet was truly one of the best I have ever experienced, with an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality options. It was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I also ordered room service and was very pleased with the quality of the food and the overall service. The staff members were consistently kind, professional, and accommodating, and they made me feel genuinely welcomed. The hotel is also conveniently located near an excellent selection of shops, restaurants, cafés, and other attractions, making it very easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, the Westin Seoul offered an excellent combination of comfort, cleanliness, attentive service, great food, and a prime location. I would happily stay here again on a future trip to Seoul.

The room itself was pretty clean, only complaint is that there isn’t much space for luggage or anything. Bathrooms were QUITE messy most of the time, but this is more the fault of other guests. Great location, very easy to locate. Didn’t try the provided breakfast as the common area gets quite busy. The staff were helpful when needed. The laundry situation can be quite annoying… there’s like 6 tiny washers that fit nothing, 2 large ones which the staff also use i believe, and only 2 dryers entirely. Guests can be inconsiderate leaving their things in the laundry past the time it’s finished.

Staff friendly & helpful

Very nice and friendly staff. They all lead with speaking English. A lot of non Koreans there. Reasonably priced buffet breakfast for a good spread. Gym is tiny - one chest press, dumbbells, two treadmills, water bubbler. Rooms relatively small but nicely furnished. Best water pressure in shower. Would recommend but on the pricier side
