Stay at this hotel twice and I absolutely love it! Has a washing machine and an induction stove in the room, really nice for longer stays. There is a BBQ chicken downstairs which makes it even better!

The staff is attentive and considerate, and it is very convenient to go shopping in Myeongdong

The hotel is new and clean. Beds are comfortable and breakfast is delicious.

職員服務一流，盡心盡力 環境好，衛生好

房間空間大，放行李方便，梳化椅舒服，床不是太軟那種，睡得很好👍

服務非常好，酒店人員全部都十分友善，而且英文非常流利，溝通絕對無問題，房間空間充足，最驚喜係check out時，想請職員代為call taxi到首爾站，職員話可以安排house car免費車我地去，而且house car司機亦十分親切。唯一缺點係酒店位置，比教難搵，而且雖然係喺地鐵出口旁邊，但地鐡站內要行既距離車都算長，有d勞累

Staff friendly & location convenient

不愧為5星級酒店，房間內十分整潔，一塵不染，而且裝飾得很有格調，窗外可見仁川機場飛機升降，浴室燈光也很好，鏡子又大，化妝很方便，浴缸也很乾淨，只是穿梭巴士班次有點小，亦不會因為有特別活動舉辦而加密班次，而且原來有活動舉辦的日子check-in是有waiting registrations這個我也是後來才知道，結果乾等了大半天，一整個蠢😂

Nice room with good decoration and feel like relaxing

The room looks clean, however I felt itchy in bed during my 3 nights of stay. There was no charging port near the bed, and the sound insulation was soso, cos we could hear the door closing and people talking in the corridor. The Pros are the location is very convenient, 2 convenience right next to the entrance and just 3 mins walk to the myeongdong shopping street. Also within 6-7 minutes walk, you could reach to 2 subway stations (myeongdong and Euljiro) very convenience to get to Hongdae and seoul station.

整體上方便，可以直達地鐵站，去明洞只需要唔個站。 房間乾淨舒服，不過不是每天清潔房間，隔天一次。 職員有善，幫了我們叫外賣。

連住4晚、客房乾淨、打掃衛生的房務小姐很盡職（會及時提供我們需要的毛巾及室內拖鞋）、訂房可預定早餐、餐廳部的經理及員工個個都親切很加分。
