Kazakhstan Ski Vacations

This was the worst stay I have ever had during all my travels. It was impossible to sleep here, and I felt unsafe. During my stay, I experienced constant loud air conditioning noise, disturbances from conference attendees in the hallway, loud music from a banquet hall late at night, children running through hallways, bad sewage odors in the bathroom, and a general lack of security and management control. The hotel failed to provide basic comfort, cleanliness, or safety. There was no restaurant as advertised on the website. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff were amazing especially the concierge Madi was great and very helpful,

I liked everything, I used to stay in this hotel when in Almaty when it was even different name. I like everything starting from location and ending with slippers.
