“The room they gave me from the Expedia offer was awful, my wife almost cried when we went in, 3rd floor no view from any angle other than utility structures and garage, the neighbor balcony was less than 6" away, though the room was clean. Bottom line, I decided to expend $85.00 more per night for an upgrade and that changed everything. “The staff at the front was so helpful. The room was immaculate and we were upgraded for our wedding night. The only thing is the ac was broken and the room was so cold. But we were tired from our wedding, so we also didn’t ask about it. We were given a complimentary breakfast, and it was amazing. We will be going back! ”
