"The bistro staff were extremely busy & had a hard time keeping up with the influx of customers over a very busy graduation weekend for Keene State College. A bit disorganized & one of the ladies manning the bistro desk was a bit argumentative with customers which was not necessary "

"Problems!! 1- No working Microwave in our room, one there was broken, replaced and that one didn't work either! There should be one in each room for customers convenience! 2- workout machines out of date and a Hazardous for people to use them! 3- NO sign put up to say filter in pool broken and don't swim in it! 4- pool house bathrooms need a door lock on them for privacy when showering and dressing! 5- Lockers don't close properly for lock use! 6- No small chair or table in bathroom of pool...

"Beautiful renovated mill building inn and restaurant along the river. Lovely appointed rooms reflect the mill history. Many historical Claremont photos in halls and common areas. Attentive staff! Friendly inn kitty. Highly recommend the restaurant food and staff as well. We’ll be back. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. Kids loved the well organized Activity Room with the coloring sheets, blocks, access to the large screen tv. We only had one issue and that was the lighting at night entering the pool area. We had mentioned at our stay in April 2023 that it made if very difficult to walk there from our condo and were surprised it was not resolved. But hopefully, the painting of the floor pool is a good sign that the renovations are under way. Other than that, we always were...

"My family enjoyed our stay very much! The outdoor pool and hot tub was a real treat before heading north to see the eclipse. My kids haven't stopped talking about our trip to Vermont! We will be sure to come back."

"Amazing! Cannot get a better location! So close to everything! Quick walk to village shops and slopes. Very clean. Lots more room than I was expecting for two big 17 year old boys and parents. Kids had their own bedroom, bathroom and storage area on main floor, adult had master suite with own bathroom upstairs. Plenty of room in kitchen and family room. The only complaint is that hotels hot tubs and pool were over run with too many little kids. "

"This was such a great find! First time staying at a ski resort and it was perfect! Really enjoyed the ski in / ski out. We had beautiful views from our room complete with balcony overlooking the slopes! Loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs. Fire pits outside were also nice to have. Very cozy atmosphere. Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel."
