"Just back from our holidays and we had the most amazing time! We were in a company of 4 generations from 5 to 75 years years old and each of us had brilliant time . The hotel location is just spotless, you can’t find any better- best beach just across the road, some shops nearby, close walking distance to the centre and local attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always diversity of food and drinks, the hotel itself is very compact and always had a welcoming comforting atmosphere ....

"So, the room was fine. All staff extremely helpful, and the food very nice! Extremely clean too. The problem was there was extensive building work going on inside the hotel area, and the wether wasn't good, so we couldn't tolerate the noise which went on near the lobby all day long, except mral times. I had annef on staying more days as the location and food are great, but checked out because of the noise. The poor reception manager, had to endure right next to it!"

No explanation,no compensation. 2.Also after asking multiply times we were not provided with any toiletries like soap and shampoo. Hotel staff was not helpful.Management was not available. "We had no shampoo and no blankets in the room and had to ask several times to get them. We had a leaking shower that created a paddle on the floor and asked for it to be fixed. It did not get fixed during our whole stay. We always had water on the floor which is terrible first of all and not safe at all if you slip and fall and break any parts of your body. The staff was friendly, but still, the problems did not get fixed."
