"Good location if you like walking. About 25 minutes on foot to 'center'. And 5 minutes to the sea. Rooms are good size with balcony offering a decent views..but make sure to get sea view, or else it's pretty poor. Staff is friendly and welcoming. They have a roof restaurant but never got chance to try. Overall a good stay, and would stay again in the future"

Of all the bad reasons I can list about this hotel: I don't think an A4 page will be enough to contain all of this: So I'll start: Poor room service A dirty bathroom in addition to that I also slipped in it as a result and had to evacuate in an ambulance Rude and unhelpful reception staff Old and dirty bedding and furniture Dismal maintenance (torn carpets, dirty bed linen, broken bathtub) Air conditioner does not work at all without possibility of repair A safe does not work without the possibility of repair All kinds of attempts for additional charges according to laws that Kimim invented in any hotel in the world. Mini bar with mafia prices. They require you not to bring food and drink into the hotel (that is, they force you to order from their worst room service with exorbitant prices) Any additional request of the guest is met with reluctance and responsiveness. Every hotel I've been to in Batumi, even 3 stars, did not reach the dismal level of the above hotel. If you love yourself, please stay away from this hotel."
