Shower is in the bedroom area- looks elegant but makes the room damp and not possible to use without disturbing your partner if they are a sleep."

"The property is very well-maintained In a very walkable area close to all the attractions. The bed is very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to questions. The thing is that it was unclear from the post that I will be sharing a bathroom with another person staying in Another room. Overall, I’m happy with my stay."

"Spacious room, but very sparsely furnished, although functional. Beds were more like cots. Breakfast was good. Great location & within walking distance of R & J balcony (a big disappointment btw!) pouring rain & free parking area up the hill was muddy & filled with huge potholes. Residenza was on a one way street so best to drop your luggage off on the way up the hill to the parking area. Person who checked us in was nice & friendly, but spoke almost no English."

"Liked the check in process, called a number and they open the doors for you over the phone, very good technology in rooms such as how blinds open and the views are stunning! Nice and modern bathroom, lovely little set up at the hotel and felt safe there. "

"A lovely little hotel room, quiet, all amenities, nice balcony, lots of storage. 2 short comings was the lack of plug sockets and would have enjoyed having a tv in the bedroom area. "

Off site parking a few minutes walk away, but to be expected in any older city center in Italy...a small inconvenience considering the location for sites of interest, shopping, and dining. The staff was friendly and helpful. We would gladly stay here again."
