- Surprisingly the whole building aircon was switched off... Had to open windows to get some air circulation... Staff's were friendly... - Very close to all facilities.. Was diving hence not a problem.

Great location for getting to Como and also for Monza - about 30 minutes early morning. Staff were good and provided a breakfast bag as we had to leave early. Room could do with a little maintenance.

The property is clean and neat but I did not like the service from the lobby. Young girl who wore black glasses frame was not polite and friendly at all. She should not be in hotel business. I asked her to say again when I could not understand her heavy accent . And she made so much cranky and rude face and talked to me in very rude tone. Her attitude was like why you make me to say same thing again?!! Well, then why don't you have better English to make native English speaker understand you? No one wants to get poor attitude from lobby receptionist. Otherwise breakfast crews were wonderful. I appreciate it. And my room on the 1st floor there was styrofoam boxes were there. I don't understand what kind of cleaning service has served?? Also TV remote control was not even working properly. I just gave up watching Italian TV. TV was 'chunghong' something kind of cheap brand I ever heard about?!! TV and remote control was not even working. It is small town Italy but it is still Best Western. This hotel has to have better TV please. No one wants to see styrofoam tissues are hanging around in the room when they checked-in best western and no one wants to get rude manner from receptionist in the lobby either. It was my worst best western experience except neat breakfast.

Exceptional
If you like a clean place, excelent breakfast (you will never get anything like this in the US), outstanding service, and astonishing views, than this is your place. Cons: the shower is a little small, even for European standards, but nothing you can't manage. There is an odd choice of towels, almost paper thin (a first for me travelingp on 3 continents), though very absorbant. I would highly recommend the place.

Hotel was just ok
i booked the deluxe room and there was nothing deluxe about it. The shower is so small I could hardly fit inside and I am an average size woman! There is no way an average sized man would fit. It was a hotel, nothing spectacular or memorable about the stay or the staff.

Great hotel for a night stopover
The hotel was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant was delicious, rooms were clean and well-maintained. We used the hotel as a stop over for one night on our way to Valpolicella, so did not explore the area but it did seem to be in the middle of a residential area, so not much to see within walking distance for tourism-purposes. With that said, it was perfect for a quick stopover (or I'm sure for businessmen/women in the area) for the night and provided everything one would need. I would definitely stay here again if we were passing through.

Excellent hotel but food disappointing
Very nice modern hotel. We were travelling with our dog and the added bonus with this hotel is that the dog is free! Room had lots of signs of wear and tear but that’s probably because it was a dog friendly room? Overall was very clean though. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Only criticism we have was that we were disappointed with the breakfast. Coffee machine didn’t work, no bacon or sausages left, 1 croissant and nothing seemed to be getting replenished. There were no tables left made up with cutlery etc so we asked for some cutlery and the waitress answered ‘I’m Coming!’ in a rude and abrupt manner. There didn’t seem to be anyone else helping her though so it was definitely under staffed. We were also disappprinted when we went to the restaurant for a meal the night before because we weren’t allowed to sit in the main restaurant even though there seemed to be lots of available tables. Instead we were seated in the breakfast area and again the waitress was lovely but service was very slow. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel but be aware the Food service is disappointing.
