first room was not good .Aircon was not working and no safe . Spoke to reception and they changed the room for us which was excellent

I read quite a few Trip adviser reviews and was a little apprehensive but I took the advise of many and requested a room over the garden at the rear with no adjoining doors. The hotel wrote back within 24hrs with no problem at all and on our arrival sure enough they obliged with both requests. The continental style breakfast was excellent and consistent over the three days. Plenty to choose from with excellent coffee.

This is a very modern and smart hotel offering all the facilities that I would expect. The rooms were excellent, clean and reasonably spacious. The buffet breakfast was exceptional and included in my package price together with free WiFi. The restaurant offered a good and reasonably priced meal that was far better than the poor quality stuff in many central trattoria and restaurants. In view of this I thought the hotel offered excellent value for money. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. The hotel is located close to, but not next to, Roma Terminii station. The guidebooks tell you that this is a 'dodgy' or unsafe area but I saw nothing to support that. In fact it could not be more convenient for travelling about the city on the Metro or, in my case, travelling onwards by train. My only concern would be to get a room that is on the 4th or higher floor as a tram passes by the hotel and thay start running early in the morning #although stop late evening#.

Great hotel. Well situated. Room in mint condition. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent (Simone was helpful and very entertaining). Try the Venetian appetizer with 3 types of fish. Staff was very helpful.

This was a great way to start my trip. The hotel was breathe taking. Convenient to all that Venice has to offer!

Franchesca was an amazing host! She made you feel welcome and part of their 'family'. This hotel sits in a primary location and made our Venice experience great!

We really enjoyed our two night stay at the Benivieni Hotel in Florence. The location was central to major sites being less then a ten minute walk to almost everywhere we wanted to go - The Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi, the Academia, and yet still a very quiet location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room we had was larger then other hotel rooms we had in Italy. Excellent restaurants everywhere around the hotel. We highly recommend the Grom gelato just around the corner from the hotel.

A small friendly hotel in an excellent location in Florence. Close to train station, historic centre and good restaurants. Very clean and excellent breakfast on the Roof Terrrace.
