The staff were very helpful and most accomodating. The chef cooked me a Gluten Free steak tenderloin dinner which was accompanied by GF bread sticks! Check in and out were efficient and they were great with parking issues in the town center. The room was period style and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the street noise was mostly muffled by the windows. We would return to this B and B anytime, they even had GF options for breakfast!

Quiet, but out-dated
Stayed over night here on the way to another destination. The room was big, clean and quiet. It is an out-dated hotel which tries to portray itself as much nicer than it is. I would categorize this as a 3-star hotel; it is a long way from a 4-star hotel.

What a great find on our way back to the UK. Hotel was very friendly and great for us and our two dogs. Centre of city so easy to find shops. Restaurant is a must even though a bit pricey but I would put it in my top 5 eating experiences.

A very pleasant stay
We really enjoyed our stay but were disappointed not to be in one of the renovated rooms and our room seriously needed an update. It was very old fashioned and very shabby, the bed was hard but the room was at the back of the hotel so it was nice and quiet - the reason for not asking to switch. Breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel had a nice feel and we will return.

L'hotel nel complesso non è da recensione negativa ma la stanza che mi è stata assegnata era a fianco di qualche attrezzatura esterna (forse una centrale termica?) e non mi ha permesso di riposare. Praticamente è come se avessi passato una notte in aereo ad eccezione del letto.

La habitación nos resultó un tanto fría, pese a la calefacción en 25. El ambiente muy grande, alto, con dos amplios ventanales con cortinas, cortinados e incluso Black-out. El baño compartimentado muy cómodo bien distribuido con bañera lista para un buen baño de inmersión después de un día agitado.

Albergo situato nel centro di Alessandria ubicato in uno stabile d'epoca. la stanza assegnataci aveva bisogno di ristrutturazione anche se complessivamente era gradevole, molto ampia con un ampio bagno dotato di vasca. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione a buffet sufficiente per le varie esigenze. apprezzato il servizio di parcheggio (a pagamento) fornito dalla struttura.

Nous avons passés une nuit à l'Hotel Alli Due Buoi Rossi. Notre séjour a été très agréable. Notre chambre a été vaste et lumineuse, recemment rénovée, un peu bruyante car côté rue mais rien de vraiment gênant. Nous avons appréciés la propreté de la chambre, l'accueil en français et le parking de l'hôtel avec voiturier. Petit déjeuner un peu pauvre avec beaucoup de gâteaux industriels et peu de fruits ou legumes frais. Hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville et beaucoup de commeçes et restaurants aux alentours.

Albergo in fase di ristrutturazione, le camere sono ampie, come ampio è il bagno, puliti entrambi, ma il materasso ed il cuscino non sono per niente confortevoli, e la schiena ne ha parecchio risentito. La camera a noi assegnata era di quelle non rinnovate, la luce molto scarsa (in camera non c'è un lampadario ma solo punti luce sui comodini e sulla consolle, anche in bagno, cieco, la luce non è sufficiente). Il personale è cortese e disponibile e la colazione offre una ampia gamma di prodotti sia dolci che salati. Purtroppo il non aver dormito in un letto confortevole penalizza e di molto il giudizio.

Discreto albergo in posizione centrale con facilità di parcheggio, un ottimo ristorante, grande disponibilità del personale alla reception. Peccato per i disagi dovuti ai lavori di ristrutturazione e ad un persistente odore fastidioso presente nella camera nonostante il fallimentare tentativo di eliminarlo mantenedo aperte le finestre.
