Literally didn't sleep at all do to the air conditioning unit consistently making noise all night long.. knocking banging and grinding all night!! You literally here it shut on and shut off super loud.. you better courtesy flush because the toilets have very low pressure. And bring your own shower head because the ones that they have there are horrible.. I told the staff and the lady literally told me I'll notify somebody.. didn't offer any sort of compensation or trade resolution.. called for more towels out of the whole hotel they only had two extra towles. On the plus side.. Central location 10 to 15min away from everything It's a beautiful historical hotel with a lot of history artifacts in it..

The hotel itself is a beautiful historic property. However, it is in a very dangerous area with homeless people living and watching hotel guests come and go. We did not feel safe and hotel staff didn’t really seem to mind. I will never stay here again.

As a history buff, I love the motel because of its history. Had dinner at the restaurant downstairs and the food was awesome!

The beauty and history of this hotel is amazing! We loved the Mirror Room lounge. The food there was excellent as well. Im not sure why they discourage taking pictures in the lobby.

We would have loved our stay. But we got a call on the hotel phone in our room around 10:45 pm. It was the front desk. They said they made a mistake and gave us the wrong room and would be willing to walk up our new room key so we could pack up and move to another room. My wife told them I was already asleep after driving 14 hours to our hotel. They said never mind we figure it out and hung up on her. We definitely will not be back. We paid for a quiet and nice place to stay the night to get rest and the hotel themselves wake us up . I will be calling them myself to talk with hotel management.

Before booking, I look on line at the property and it was definitely photo shopped. I feel like I was catfished into purchasing. Upon arriving it was noticeable that changes were occurring but when I entered the building it was old and definitely unkept and nothing like the pictures. It gave me "The Shining" vibes, very dim and gloomy. Staff was ok she refunded with no issues but was always gone from the front not sure if she was working alone and had to run around but she was certainly adhering to her cellphone. Would not contact for a stay here unless changes were made, upgades a definite.

Beautiful old historic hotel, I had the corporate suite which was said to be the 3rd largest room. I would hate to see the size of a standard room. Room was clean, furnished nice, however the mini fridge just sitting on the floor next to the desk plugged into a power strip seemed like an after thought and no microwave it’s in the library downstairs in the lobby. Called the hotel multiple times to try and book and left messages but never called back or answered the phone so I booked through Expedia. Mirror room lounge was nice, nice pours on drinks and food was great. Overall great stay.

Great history, we’ll maintained, and accommodating staff. No easy access ramps to move luggage - had to use numerous steps in front. Dining in walking distance is limited but Mirror Lounge has good food.

Food was good and loved the history of the property. The ac got super cold and the hot water in the shower was boiling hot which was great. People were super friendly. On the downside the rooms were small and the bed/pillows were awful. Could have been cleaner over and the hotel could use some upgrades. Overall 6/10.

Hotel Bentley is always such a nice place stay. Very clean, smells good, staff is always friendly. This time there was a good bit of hair in the bathroom - on the shower wall, on the floor and on the towels. Otherwise, everything was great.

A beautiful historic property in need of a front of the house rennovation. Regular rooms are small but comfortable. Bathrooms have been modernized. Worth seeking out.

The hotel is as beautiful as it boasts. The service staff are very kind and helpful. Even offered to take my bag to the car for me. The restaurant is top notch with tasty cocktails and open late which was much appreciated by this weary traveler. There was a small rip in the chair seat cover but I never needed to use it. The bed was so comfy and I slept wonderfully!! The shower was hot n with good powered jets. They have plenty of needed items, water, toothbrushes etc that other places make you pay for, the Bentley had them in the room. The thermostat was easy to adjust and worked well. Overall great experience. I especially enjoyed the historical quotes displayed around the building. Huge front porch to relax and unwind.

I love staying at The Bentley when traveling. However be aware that the restaurant closes early and there isn't room service. It opens at 11am, so guests have to leave for early breakfast. Other than those issues, the hotel is very nice and the historical aspect is charming.

I stayed with a relative one night. Some couple near our room repetitively fought with one of them obsessively cursing the other out. It got so loud that at certain points of the evening I began to feel unsafe there. I woke up from some more fighting from them and wasn’t able to sleep. Besides this incident, the hotel itself was a decent experience for the holiday.

Staying in such a historic hotel was very interesting. The manager walked up to my husband and began telling all about how Hotel Bentley came to be. We loved the Christmas decorations. The room was a little smaller, it was very clean and the bed was so comfortable.
