Well.stay was great. The service worker that was there when i arrive was friendly and down to earth. When the restaurant i visit forgot my utensil they was able to accommodate me also.
wasn't great, wasn't bad at all, decent little spot. price was great. breakfast was good, better than just wrapped muffins but not a full banquet or anything (didn't expect one)
For a 3 star average, it's a good place.
Up on checking in to The Sure Stay in Alexandria, we were given an unclean room. The comforter has many visible large spots. I took a picture and went back to the front desk. The desk clerk worked hard to locate a clean room. Once in the new room, there was a remote controller box and no remote. I went back to the front desk and a search for a remote ensued. She located on and we returned to the room. It worked. She asked me what restitution I wanted. My reply was a clean room and a discount for the inconvenience. We got a clean room.
You can refund my charge because your knowledge of this place needs updating.

Room was good. Bed was clean but bathroom was not. Toilet had black ring and tub looked like water had been left standing in it.

We paid almost $200 for one night in this horrid hotel. The handheld shower head was broken. The doors were broken and difficult to open and close, we had to slam them to get them to close. The continental breakfast was gross except for the waffles, they were good. When we were leaving the cleaning lady was walking down the hall yelling and complaining about something. The walls are super thin and the boys next to us kept us awake all night by yelling and running around. The beds were hard as rocks. Needless to say it was definitely not worth what we paid and this place should be condemned.

We felt safe on the property; however, our neighbors were so loud and inconsiderate and it was after 1:00 am. I expected management to better control their guests. The room spelled musty and the shower head was broken and the shower curtain was nasty on the bottom.
