Mareta View was a perfect place to stay in the Algarve! Our ocean view room with a balcony was amazing!! Perfect location with lots of restaurants in walking distance. No problem parking our car close by for free. Wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. Hot tub was a bonus plus beautiful Infiniti pool next door to use. Highly recommend!

What a lovely property! Tucked away in a back corner off a busy street. Grounds were lovely. View was amazing. Rooms were tidy. Breakfast was good, nothing amazing but covered the basics. Very convenient to the beach and walkable to restaurants and shops. A nice little surprise!

Fabulous
Lovely hotel with a really great staff. The location is fabulous and the breakfast choices were extensive. Lots of good fruit and pastry.

I loved the view and breakfast and the friendly staff. The hot tub was wonderful. FYI-you have to walk around to access the pool, it is not on the property. The bathroom did need a tile update, but for the price, it was wonderful. I would stay here again if I am ever back in Portugal.

The location was awesome in the sense that it's right next to the beach and to town with a ton of restaurants. I would just say the hotel itself was a little lackluster. Nothing wrong or bad, just compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Portugal for the same price, there just wasn't much to it. I would also say our bedroom smelled kind of musty and odd.

The location is convenient, close to the Beach, the Fort. The breakfast buffet got many good choices of food including the famous Portugal pastries

Beautiful location, close to the Beach (Praia de Mareta). Nicely furnished, excellent breakfast. It does not have a private Parking, but it is easy to find a place nearby for free. The entrance is kind of hidden. On negative ide, htere were mosquitos in the room, probably due to lack of nets on the balcony door. Also, I would have liked to have a stool to put the luggage, that we had to put open on the floor.

Great view if you get a balcony view, fantastic beach about 5 mins walk away. Breakfast was good and easy parking nearby. Recommend staying in the area as long as you can

There may have been some positive things to say but hard to find as the bathroom was dirty. Room is small. Hotel is very basic. The good thing is that it is close to the beach and walking distance to the fort. We checked out a day early.

Delicious beakfast in the garden
Beautiful place. Amazing breakfast with the most delicious pasteis de nata. Lovely garden overlooking the beach & cliffs. Would have appreciated an upgrade to the sea front rooms since the hotel wasn’t full the day I stayed there. Otherwise 2nd floor with no elevator & no help with the luggage, which was surprising for an hotel this quality. 3 locations of Mareta hotels near each other, making it a bit confusing when you arrive and don’t know the layout of the place. Improving indications would be appreciated. Near Cape St Vincent for best sunsets & sunrises.

Sea at the bottom of the garden.

The Mareta View was in a good position in Sagres. Our room was spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast had a reasonable selection of food. We had a bit of a panic as we originally went to the wrong Mareta hotel in the chain to be told there was no reservation. Our hotel was literally round the corner.

we had a city-view room and it was very humid and cold. no kettle available neither in the room no common area (as advertised). at the breakfast the floor was pretty dirty. otherwise, perfect location, good cleaning service, nice garden.
