I will say that arriving to the location was challenging with a car. The receptionist was too fast with directions to get our rental safely parked (nearby grocery store overnight). I realize she's been at the job awhile so it may seem quite simple for her. We did appreciate the apartment but the entry door, 3 flights up, is literally at the commune kitchen. Busy area with guests! The view on top terrace was the best asset.

Very lovely place, clean, pleasant, central and the terrace is a big, big win! Not a luxury experience but nice and cosy, hands down my best experience at this price point. Didn't get a chance to meet to the hosts but they were readily available by message. Would definitely recommend for solo travellrs/duos hoping to save but not compromise on comfort.

The location was brilliant, everything in walkable distance. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The rooftop area is lovely, I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Excellent location in the town centre and yet quiet, good value for money and helpful staff. Quite steep and long stairways, no lift, so a certain fitness is required...

Very pleasant host, beautiful roof top garden with beautiful views. A little bit noisy during the early hours outside, but it was market day and they start early. Definitely would go agsin

Séjour en famille
Nous avons passé un séjour vraiment mitigé. Le personnel est très agréable et avenant. Cependant l’hôtel est vraiment en plein centre de la ville, ce qui fait qu'il y a bcp de passage et donc de bruit. De plus en juillet il fait très chaud malgré le ventilateur au plafond. Impossible de dormir entre le bruit et la chaleur. Certe le prix de l'hotel est très attractif mais la nuit ne permet pas vraiment de se reposer...

The staff is amazing. Some speak french, wich was great. Could be hot during the summer time because there is no air conditionning.

Passei alguns dias agradáveis em Olhão. Fui ao Algarve já no final do verão então nem a cidade e nem a Pension Bicuar estavam cheios. O meu quarto tinha um chuveiro interno pequeno mas muito bom e prático pra mim. O quarto era confortável e tinha uma mobília básica com mesa e local para por a mala. Bem ventilado, não precisei ligar o ventilador. A limpeza do banheiro comum era diária, estava sempre limpo e organizado. Não usei muito da cozinha, mas o que precisei tinha à mão. A localização é excelente para ficar perto do mercado e dos bares e restaurantes. Me incomodou um pouco o barulho pela manhã. Como ao redor tem muitos cafés e restaurantes, a movimentação do comércio começa cedo. Quem procura dormir até mais tarde pode ser um ponto ruim ou leve seu plug de ouvido. O terraço no terceiro andar é um charme, assisti ao lindo por do sol de lá! O wifi funcionou bem.

Super nettes Personal, die Unterkunft war super schön, mit einer sehr schönen Terasse, dennoch in einer etwas lauteren Umgebung. Der Code zur Eingangstür wurde zwischenzeitlich geändert und per Mail mitgeteilt, da ich aber generell keine Mails im Urlaub lese und nicht jeder Internet hat, sollte hier ein umdenken passieren.

séjour agréable, très bon emplacement, l'accueil de qualité, le personnel souriant et accueillant. une superbe terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur la ria formosa. le plus de cet endroit : cuisine partageable avec coin salle à Manger, si l'on veut manger sur place- très bien! restaurant et bar à proximité, marché de olhao à 3 minutes à pied, supermarché Pingo doce à 5 minutes ouvert jusqu'o 21h30! un seul bémol, la literie pourrait être à revoir, chambre 12

Conforme aux photos et avis
Établissement bien situé à Olhão, personnel serviable et agréable, jolie terrasse, wifi fonctionne bien, climatisation, chambres propres mais dans leur jus. Très bon rapport qualité prix. Escaliers raides donc à éviter aux personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité. Insonorisation vers l’extérieur et l’intérieur mauvaise et literie moyenne (nous avions la chambre hibiscus au 3ème avec sdb privative - proche de la cuisine).
