The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable (although the bed was a bit hard for my liking…I know that’s completely subjective!). The elevator was out for the duration of my stay. I was on the second floor so that wasn’t the end of the world but having someone to help guests with bags would have been a nice touch. The parking lot was full of potholes, BIG potholes. There was nothing attractive about the exterior of the building. I didn’t take advantage of the complimentary breakfast but it smelled good!

I specifically booked this hotel for the pool and hot tub. Upon checking in, found out that neither were functional which completely ruined the whole stay. Will not be back and will spread the word.

The reservation site I used was not accurate about the current pet policy, but they graciously accommodated my dog. The new pet policy only accommodates official support pets, which might be dogs only (not sure). The renovations are great. My room was missing the white window screen, and my daughter's room was missing the hair dryer. We were surprised the ground floor window was able to open. My daughter's room had no screen, and had the dog figured that out, he could've jumped through. You are able to walk to a few restaurants, and many others are only a short drive from the hotel. The pancake machine was really cool if you eat pancakes, but there were no waffles, and I don't remember any fresh fruit.

Over all a good place to stay
Hotel was nice. Wish the pool was not closed. Breakfast was ok. The door to our room took a couple times to open maybe because door and handle seemed loose. Bathroom could be a little cleaner. Over all it was good and would stay again.

Didn't know the entire first floor was under construction. No front desk, just a table. No pool, hot tub or restrooms. I would have stayed somewhere else if I had known. Entire place smelled like paint and drywall.

During construction to remodel the whole building, the staff did their best to make our stay pleasant. The main floor lobby was closed for tile work but the new room was finished. The new room design and interior style are excellent. The mid-night manager went out of her way to get us hot breakfast sandwiches for our early departure. Once the construction is complete, this hotel should be a game changer.

Upon arrival the lobby was completely under construction. We found out for ourselves the pool was drained after arrival which is why we bpoked the hotel. We rented a handicap accessible room which barely had enough room to push a wheel chair in.Breakfast was very poor. It was prejeatedham and cheese hot pockets left in there packages that became soggy! Wewere informed by housekeeping the reason we didnt have enough towels for 3 adults in our room was because they didnt have enough. Very dissatisfied with the stay!

Love staying with Holiday Inn but this may change
We were given a room on the first floor that was under major contruction in the hallway and we did not notice until the following morning that our shower did not work, outlets in the bathroom would not hold anything we plugged in. We are middle aged with bad knees and we were forced to take a bath which was very inconvenient along with me not being able to plug in my curling iron in. When I advised the front desk of this issue all I was told is that they are remodeling and will look into the shower and outlets.
