The Cozy Buffalo is a spacious home with a farmhouse feel. It is in walking distance from the college campus, close to the downtown square, and a 10 minute drive to Palo Duro Canyon. Palo Duro Canyon offers hiking, zip lining, horseback riding, the play Texas, and a multitude of other activities.
The Cozy Buffalo is a home away from home for all of our guests. Including Wifi, Direct TV with 155 + channels, Netflix, Hulu, and many other streaming programs with your username and password.

This 2400 sq ft home has a lot of room for activities or a simple relaxing weekend. It has 2 large living rooms, a nice dining room, a reading nook, and 3 spacious bedrooms. We have added many touches that make the Cozy Buffalo feel like home.

Cozy at the Cozy Buffalo
This is our second stay at the Cozy Buffalo. It is perfect for our small family and pets! Close to all of the activities we enjoy and great to have the big yard to unwind in at the end of each day!

Fun at the Buffalo!
This cozy house is large and accommodating for a large group of people. It is in a great location for hiking at Palo Duro Canyon. The host had a nice welcome basket with snacks and water. There was also many brochures and maps that were helpful. The backyard is very large, with great seating areas. The only drawback for our family Is the step down areas in the house that wouldn't work for my elderly mother.

Great place for the whole family!
We absolutely loved our stay here! This property was super clean and had everything we needed for our large family. Great, safe neighborhood, with easy check-in and check-out process. Good communication with the property manager. Would love to return here on our next trip to the area!
