The staff were really nice. A especially the one desk hostess Nola. Super nice when i checked in. Then a big group came in and i was getting snacks. She said it was complimentary since she was busy with the other group. I tried to pay for them but she insisted. Awesome service. Probably wont be coming back to Anaheim but if i do i would stay there again.

I loved everything about this hotel. It's in a great place, the hotel is clean and amazing. The only thing I don't like is that they charge you $30.00 for parking.

We’ve stayed at this property before. First time was pleasant. This time, we asked if we could check in 1 hour before and were denied, which I find very pitiful as it’s just 1 hour and we were just trying to get all settled to hit the park. There was a stain on the bed sheet which was pretty disgusting.

Clean rooms with friendly staff, deluxe queen room is large however you can hear the traffic, enjoyed the breakfast buffet, booked 3 rooms however check was not ready by 3pm had to wait 40 mins for the last room to be cleaned as the hotel was fully booked. Enjoyed the stay as it is close to Disney with free shuttle within 3 min walk there is a $30/day parking charge also

There was a of good things about this property. The room was big and clean. There are a lot of places to eat that are in walking distance. If you stay for Disney, it is right next to the Toy Story lot. The breakfast was great! There was a huge variety and the staff worked hard to keep it stocked. The biggest negative was how uncomfortable the beds were. They were very stiff and we did not sleep well either nights.

Was right next to the Toy Story Line Disney shuttle which made it really easy to get to Disneyland. Breakfast was yummy. Rooms were clean and large. Pools were really nice. Would definitely stay here again.

My stay was wonderful. On the last day it turned a corner. I requested toilet paper and received it in a timely manner, I asked the employee about the time they stopped serving breakfast. I was told by the employee it was done by 10am I came down and 930am and missed breakfast due to the actual ending time of serving food to be 930am. I was frustrated because my family and I could not eat in the morning and we were forced to go pay for an unplanned meal in the morning. Overall my experiences good at the hotel and I would stay there again.

The check in was delayed as the computers were down but that was not the fault of the staff. The staff were very supportive and held our bags so we could get to Disney after a ling drive. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Staff was excellent.
