Desk clerk was gone when I arrived. A note on the door , be back in ten minutes. The noise from the air conditioner was so loud as it constant as in every few minuets it would turn on and off. I had to turn it off to get any sleep.

Close to Disneyland— safe, clean and reasonable price. There were minor issues with the toilet, that was easily resolved by the in-house tech, and a few property issue that came with the age of the property, but overall, clean and safe. They changed our trash, towels on our second day of stay. Will mostly be back again. Thank you!

Always convenient staying here. Very close to the parking lot for the parks. Can walk over and grab the shuttle to get to the parks. Room is good for the price. I like that it’s 2 queen beds so it’s spacious. The tv remote did not want to work in the room so couldn’t fully use it. It’s outdated but other than that good value for the location and convenience.

Easy and convenient. Close to Disney and the Toy Story parking hotel. Perfect for me and my friends. We stayed at the double tree Hilton in a Double Queen Suite, across the street the night after and the rooms were honestly the same. They both aren’t very new and give a normal room vibe. But they are both very clean. For the price it’s a steal. Everything was great.

Amazing! Show had perfect water pressure, we had enough space for our make-up as well. It was a bit noisy because of the vacuums, TV wouldn’t turn off, and maybe the area was a bit unsafe. Bathtub tile was also chipped which could’ve been dangerous. Other than those few things, staff was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay overall.

The staff were so nice. We went on a fully booked day and parking was full besides handicap. They were understanding and allowed us to use it overnight until we could move our car in the morning. No problems the second night with parking.

The light about the bathroom sink stopped working and there was toilet paper attached to the lamp/light hung from the ceiling it was so nasty and there were no batteries in the remote for the TV I called the front desk and she wanted me to come and get them

I always stay here to go to Disney with my kids. The beds are way too firm though and hurt my back. But it's affordable. May not go back unless I can't find anything else, but not the worst.

The bedding itself was clean. No bed bugs, no rodents, no roaches. The room was very outdated. Furniture not kept clean. Flooring had tape on it that was lifting. Old bathroom, old bathtub. Corners very dirty, room needs DEEP CLEANING. Overall you get what you pay for. Bed not the most comfortable. Walking to Disney convention center, but too far for Disney walking in my opinion. Would I stay here again? Maybe not. Motel 6 may be better. Did like the free parking!

Our room was filthy. The jacuzzi wasn't working. The cable TV wasn't working. Possibly the worse hotel I've ever stayed at.

The room smelled horrible like mold we did not end up staying here. Bed sheets were wrinkled liked they had been slept on and not washed. The furniture was dirty and had crumbs. The carpet is really old. If you need a manager they are never available. Read the reviews carefully before booking.

Great price for being close to Disneyland. The rooms could use some maintenance and updates. Toilet was running water on/off and towel holders were barely connected to the walls. First day the cleaning crew took our towels but left no replacements. Front desk staff was always friendly though and helped us out. Room was also very clean. Bit noisy at night being close to the road, but overall a good experience. 4/5

Arrived late at night. The locaiton is good. Although hotel is run down. Bathroom doors showed wood patch fixes, sheet rock fixes, sidwalks was all paint chiped, and walls must've not been insulated at all since we could hear people upstairs and next to us all night. We didn't have shampoo and lotion (basic hotel items). Good location and I think the staff really tries to help. A little more care for the property and investment into it and it'd be a 5 star place.

Receptionist was very rude with us in a room very noisy next to the laundry room refused to let us into the room before 3 o’clock room was dirty and I found a cockroach in the bathroom never in this hotel again

I was reluctant to reserve here! Every year have stayed at the Anaheim Marriott, but knowing this property was on the same strip…..if figured affordable didn’t mean bad! I paid less for three nights with taxes then I have for one night at the other property. It was clean, well appointed, quiet and comfortable! Staff was helpful and friendly. Also affordable dining options within walking distance. I would highly recommend the Queens Inn Anaheim! I will stay there again!
