The state's beauty is right beyond the large windows that gives sight to one of the city's favorite trail systems - Campbell Creek Trail. Each guest has the opportunity to walk this scenic trail. The apartment is custom with unique features some of which bring the ambience of the Alaskan wilderness inside. The main room houses a sofabed, love seat, TV, & a small dining table. Attached to this room is your kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. The kitchen boasts a gas range and full size refrigerator for all your foodie needs. You will enjoy a queen size bed in one room & a double bed in the other. As you walk out onto the porch you will enjoy a quiet oasis that is steps from the Campbell Creek Trail.

    Private entrance and good location. Used this stay for Anchorage based errands and it worked great. Beds are very comfortable and the set up is spacious. Hosts are very responsive. We enjoyed our stay, highly recommend

    Had a great time staying here with my family. Ginger was so helpful . . . Made sure we had a pack n play and a high chair for my 8 month old, she even took my 2.5 year old to help her feed the chickens. Can see moose from a safe distance right outside the yard. Will definitely want to stay here again.

    Great little place in a quiet neighborhood but right near main thoroughfares to get just about anywhere quickly. Comfortable, good water pressure, functional kitchen, temperature controls, plenty of extra towels and stuff. Even had a box fan! Chicken pen just outside was fun. Trails and such around area bonus. Ginger was great and got back to me quickly on questions and was very accommodating. Cheaper and better than a hotel for us :)

    There is a great walking/running/biking trail right behind the house complete with stream. We even saw a moose and her baby right behind the house.
