You get what you paid for here. It was a small room, no place for luggage. You will need toiletries unless you're fine with purchasing a dental hygiene kit and using an all in one soap. The bathroom has the bare minimum necessaries, soap and towel. Water dispenser can be found in the lobby. It was clean and staff is very nice. It was just what we needed, a place to shower, lay our head and wasn't too far from the airport.

The shower is slowly drain n causes flooding in the bathroom. Several times the ac stopped working and I had to keep reinserting my room to to restart the ac.

AC in the room wasn’t that cold. It seemed to struggle. The staff and location to SM Clark and everything else were awesome.

My family and I loved Red Planet! Everyone from the check in desk staff to Marvin the security staff made us feel right at home! Check in was easy and fast! Getting our luggage to the room and answering our questions about gas stations etc we’re very efficient! My compliments!

Nothing fancy, just a clean room for a low price. The food at the restaurant downstairs is not very good but there are a few one's a few steps away. Make sure to visit the 7-11 before going to the room because it does not have a mini fridge.

I give the Red Planet ‘high marks’ because of the staff and it is clean. By the way, if you like hot showers it doesn’t disappoint. It’s just basically a room with a noisy air conditioning unit.

Simple & clean, good place to stay if you just want to explore the area. My only complain was that the AC was noisy & didn’t work well. Had to turned on the ceiling fan to cool the room.

Booked a room for 5 nights after coming out of quarantine on arrival in Manila. Nowhere was the property listed as ONLY a quarantine hotel. When I arrived I was not admitted nor was I given a refund. Total bull——. They said that I was sent an email about this. I receive many emails about hotels telling you to do this or that relating to what to see and do. I never read those emails. Why not tell you right away that it’s a lockdown hotel. That’s never mentioned during the booking. I am totally pissed at the place who told me it was upto Expedia and not them to give the refund. I might as well bang my head at the wall before I get any satisfaction.
