First Hotel room ever without a TV in the room.
The rooms are poorely equipped. There is not even a trash bin in the room, not to mention a TV. the two twin beds drifting apart, while you trying to sleep. Never again.

I am very sorry that you didn't enjoy your stay at our hotel. On your arrival you had already made a few comments about WLAN and TV on Expedia. On your booking it says that the reception is open till 6pm. When we noticed that you hadn't contacted us about your late arrival, we tried to ring and when no one answered we sent you a text message with the relevant information about entering the hotel and your room number, which was a single room without breakfast. It is also written that we don't have TVs but iPads if our guests would like one and that we don't have a restaurant in house. We are very central in Arosa and this gives our guests the opportunity to go to more than 10 restaurants in a five minute walking distance. The WLAN code is in the bedroom and posted on the corridor. It would of been nice if you had spoken with us on the reception when you checked out, as also on your booking it says that city taxes need to be paid in the hotel, which unfortunately you didn't. I hope that you managed to use the " All inclusive " card from Arosa on Sunday.... which includes free use of the cable cars , the village bus and many other things. We enjoy, at Home Hotel, a personal contact with our guests so we can give them all the best information for their stay in our Hotel and from Arosa.

The set up of the apartment with access to breakfast was perfect for what we needed / wanted for our ski trip. We particularly loved the unique décor of the apartment. Thank you!

Very enjoyable our stay...great location, really comfortable beds, great breakfast which stays open until 1pm which is a great touch! No tv's in any of the rooms though which i would preferred to have had.

A MUST STAY
FANTASTIC! The host Fabian was amazing. The room was spotless and comfortable with luxury bedding. The only thing that was missed was a speaker/radio as the room does not have a TV, other than that it was PERFECT

Best staff ever, nicest hotel ever!
It all started super well with the nice welcoming of the staff. We have never experienced such good vibes and warm welcoming anywhere else, and we travel a lot! Listing what was amazing about this hotel would take me half a day, starting from the cleanliness of the room, to the quality of everything in it, all the way to the SUPERB breakfast with many many many home made and local products. What was bad about this place? Nothing. We will definitely go back there whenever we will have the chance.

Very nicely, newly decorated, perfectly clean small hotel on the main street in Arosa, Graubunden, Switzerland. Various shops and restaurants around. Room small, but cosy, very good quality bed, but not the pillows ; bathroom also small but very good quality, functional, with top grade towels, high pressure shower. No TV, phone in room; no sauna/steam bath in the hotel; no car park; The guys who manage the hotel were superb - very nice, helpful, friendly! Excellent breakfast (included in the price), they make some of the best coffee ever - cappuccino, latte, etc. The hotel is about 10-15 min. walk to ski lifts, or you can take the shuttle bus

Brilliant hotel!
We booked last minute but couldn't have been happier! Attentive staff that could not do enough to help. It's billed as a 3-star but could definitely be a 4-star. Great bar and really comfortable room. We will be back!

Schönes und kreatives Haus, Preis/Leistung in Hochsaison Winter ok, sehr freundliches und hilfbereites Personal, Zimmer schön, sauber, neu und stilvoll eingerichtet, mit Balkon wäre schön, brauchts aber nur, wenn man auch mal auf dem Zimmer verweilt, das Frühstück mit Sonnenstrahlen, war der Hit: Selbstgemachte Confituren, Käse aller Art, Rührei und manchal Pancakes, fast jeden Morgen hätte man sich sogar ein Glas Prosecco und Omeletten in allen Varianten dazu bestellen können.

das mein zimmer nicht gereingt wurde obwohl ich das schild draussen hängen hatte. beim zweiten morgenessen war kein personal anwesend so das ich den kaffe im ufenthaltsraum selber holen musste.

Peis / Leistung stimmt nicht. Das Zimmer war klein, kein TV, sehr schwacher Internetanschluss, sehr gefährliche Eisschicht direkt vor dem Hoteleingang Das Frühstück war sehr gut aber nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten. Der Zimmerpreis mit Frühstück entsprach einem vier- Stern Hotel in Arosa

Lieber Ludwig Vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung. Das tut uns leid, dass Ihnen das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht zugesagt hat. Wie Sie in der Hotelbeschreibung gelesen haben, bieten wir iPads anstelle von TV an. Wir haben bei der Renovierung vor fünf Jahre das beste aus dem fast 90-jährigen Gebäude rausgeholt und versucht, die Zimmern zu vergrössern. Wir empfehlen Ihnen, das nächste Mal eine Suite und mit Frühstück zu buchen, dann müssen Sie nicht zusätzlich für das Frühstück bezahlen. Die Eisschicht konnten wir wegen der Kälte nicht entfernen. (Wir haben es mit viel Kraft versucht). Wir wünschen Ihnen frohe Festtrage und einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr.
