NYE in Asheville
We had plenty of space for 4 families; 15 people total. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the basement area with pool table while the adults visited upstairs. Lots of great memories made in this beautiful area. Home was very clean and comfortable. Cam was a dream to deal with-great quick responses and accurate description of everything. Under 15 minutes to downtown Asheville and convenient to tubing and skiing as well. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful House

That View!
We had a great stay. The house was beautiful, big, and clean. Perfect for a friends reunion. The location was close to everything - we got to Biltmore and downtown Asheville within 15 minutes. The best part about the house is that view. The fall colors were still hanging on, which was a delight. I would absolutely stay there again.

House was perfect with enough bedrooms and bathrooms to get 11 adults dressed for a wedding easily. The road to the house was a bit tricky but the YouTube video provided helped. We did see a black bear walk across the backyard but we were all inside and enjoyed the nature closeup. Thanks for providing the stage for our wonderful weekend!

Perfect for our group of 10
Perfect for our girls trip away but the house would be great for a group with kids too. plenty of spaces to relax and play. the view is gorgeous and the sun deck and back yard are lovely. we had a little issue with the door lock and the response from camille was so prompt we didn't have to worry about it at all. easy drive to downtown asheville and biltmore.

Good space for a group
Guys trip to Asheville for fishing and a night out downtown. House had plenty of room for us and we enjoyed playing pool and grilling out with a great view out back. The street is isolated so Uber was not easy. But everything else was as expected.

We had a group of 6 stay. A queen bed for each person and 4 bathrooms! Lots of room! The refrigerator went out during our stay, but thankfully there was another one off the garage and we were able to use that. Camille was in constant communication with me and replaced the one in the kitchen quickly. The back patio was nice and quiet to relax at the end of the day. Lovely flowers planted in the barrels near the patio. Easy to get to where we were going, whether it was downtown Asheville or the Biltmore. We recommend this VRBO.

A place to rest while we worked on a project in Asheville.
This property was only 15 minutes from our project in downtown Asheville. The house provided a quiet, home cozy feeling and was spacious enough that me and my crew didn’t feel like we were on top of each other while staying under one roof. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re looking to visit the Asheville area. The host is very pleasant to work with and she wanted to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

We had a great stay at Camille's vacation rental. All of the house details (check-in instructions, local recommendations, etc.) were easily accessible and detailed. The views from the house were beautiful. The house itself was very spacious - perfect for accommodating a large group. We would definitely recommend this location to future Asheville visitors.

I can’t say enough about Camille. She was accommodating, responsive, thorough, and easy to work with. The property easily accommodated 11 adult family members. The pool table was a hit sparking family tournaments. My only suggestion is to look at a few areas that of cleaning that need some attention. The cleaners missed the grill. The family room view had spectacular sunsets!

Great space for large group of friends
This house was perfect for a large girls trip! There was plenty of space for us to hang out and get ready. We really enjoyed the Mountain View’s from the living room and sitting by the fire pit. The kitchen had everything we needed and the extra fridge gave more than enough room for our food and drinks! It was a quick drive to downtown Asheville, but I would recommend scheduling an Uber ahead of time if you aren’t planning on driving yourselves. There was a long wait time for us the first day, but scheduling the cars ahead of time eliminated that for the rest of our trip!

Great views, perfect for the large group we had!
The property was perfect for the large group we had. It was pretty cold one day and we didn’t want to go outside, so the basement setup was nice to have. Beds and couches were super comfy, we had plenty of towels and blankets, and had all we needed to cook dinner for the group one night. The items that kept this from a 5 were minor tweaks that could be made. Exterior doors around the house were a bit finicky, the dishwasher did not work, and the water pressure was very low if multiple people were showering at the same time. I would definitely recommend staying here if you had a large group! Close to downtown brewery scene and plenty of hikes around the area.

Great for family vacation
We had a family get-together that included 10 adults and 1 infant and the house fit us all. Included in the 10 adults, were 2 couples each with an adult child so they took the two bedrooms with two queen beds. The Wi-fi signal was good throughout the house and the internet speed was fast. There was enough space for all of us to be together on the main level or break off into smaller groups or individually on one of the other levels. The Roku worked well on the TVs too. One thing to be aware of is that the house is located on a rather steep but short access road that has two slightly annoying double speed bumps on it and other than the yard there really isn't anywhere to take an easy walk right outside the house. However, this is more than made up for by the view of the mountains and how easy it is to get to and from the house to the main attractions of the Asheville area. The location was right off Alt 74 E which gave us easy access to the Blue Ridge Parkway and US 40. There was a very nice coffee shop called DayMoon nearby and also nearby, but in the opposite direction, was an Ingles grocery store and CVS drugstore. Downtown Asheville is about 15 min away as is the Biltmore. Other activities we enjoyed while there was visiting the Arboretum and the Wildlife Nature Center (WNC) as well as going on several hikes. Our favorites hikes were taking Lookout Trail to Rattlesnake Overlook in the Black Mountain area and the Wildcat Rocks Trail which was right off Alt 74 E about 20 min away from the house. On our last evening, we drove to Craggy Pinnacle on the Blue Ridge Parkway about an hour before sunset and hiked to the top to see a wonderful 360-degree view of the entire area. Very beautiful.

Great place!!
Loved the house. The views were incredible, the beds were comfy, location was within 10-15 minutes of pretty much anything. While the grill was set to a weird setting by previous tenants when we arrived, Cam was super responsive and accessible and fixed it the next day, and was also very responsive when a problem arose with a neighbor. Would highly recommend the house, it’s a wonderful place to stay in Asheville.

Peaceful family escape
This is a great house for a family and/or friends getaway. It’s perfect for a vacation for 2-4 families (depending on size and ages). Spend the day doing activities in the outdoors, have a great meal in the city center, and spend the evening around a campfire. The house is clean, comfortable, functional, well-stocked, and even nicely decorated. Plenty of options for entertainment as well as a restful retreat. Honestly, you don’t even need to leave the house to have a great vacation!

My husband and I decided to take a short weekend getaway, from Charlotte to Asheville with our two sons (4 and 1), at the last minute. So happy we found this gem! The property looked exactly as pictured and was so clean! Camille had excellent communication and provided details about any and everything about the property! Great place to stay with big family
Everything was great we have some issues like no gas on the property but we call the owner and they send the truck next day. The house has good space to accommodate everybody. But the kitchen tools (pans,oven pans, and some other things had losse handles or rusted) are in bad shape they need to be replace, so i e-mail the owner and she appreciate my feedback.
