Great Location
We were in a great location to walk to most of breweries and restaurants. Easy access to doors/elevators but I had to keep all the codes handy as they were all different. Parking was awful for our friends who drove separate. Only one spot in the garage. Even with the parking lot literally on the side of the building, our friends had to pay every 8 hrs. Yes there were garages but not as close as the parking lot.

Convenient, safe and clean
We loved our stay at this condo. It was clean, updated and safe. It wasn’t in the heart of downtown but within walking distance, and right above a delicious poke bowl restaurant! It was also close to the Biltmore. The directions were easy to follow and came before our stay. Be aware there are lots of codes, but I appreciated that given it’s across from a bus station. Our only complaint is that the batteries in one of the bedroom remotes died, which was inconvenient after being on our feet all day. We would definitely stay again!

Just like home

Great place to stay!
Overall this was a very nice place to stay. The apartment was clean and true to the pictures. There were extra linens, towels as well as other basic supplies. The location was as described: walking distance to downtown. However, the building is right across from a the bus station and the area is a bit sketchy if you’re walking alone at night. There was dedicated indoor parking which was very convenient. The management company was very responsive. The building was clean and quiet. The one downside was that the unit is located on the 5th floor and the elevator went out of service on the day we arrived. So that meant walking up and down 5 flights and we had an elderly relative! Over the three days we were there the elevator was not repaired. Hugely inconvenient. But beyond that we would certainly re omens this apartment.

Wonderful new apartment
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. Sheets and towels were clean and good quality, furniture comfortable, and check in was super easy. The location is a block or too from many restaurants, we ate really well while we were there. It is across from a bus station that was a bit noisy in the morning.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long weekend. Great location, able to walk to many restaurants and bars and short drive to other activities. Had an issue with a locked bathroom door when we got there, but received assistance within 10 minutes of calling for help. Would definitely stay again.

Great long weekend in Asheville
Condo was very roomy, decorated well and perfect for 2 couples. Located near downtown so generally easy walk to most downtown restaurants, breweries etc or easy drive to other Asheville areas. The arrival and self check in was alittle confusing but once we got in first time then thereafter was easy. The building is very secure so worth the bit of check in confusion. Highly recommend if you want to be downtown.

Beautiful place and well stocked with everything needed. Easy walk to right downtown and yes the bus station is right across the street, but we had zero problems!!! The property is safe and we loved the secure parking and having a balcony. Check in was super easy!! We will stay here again!!

Excellent property within walking distance to downtown.
Great property convenient to downtown Asheville. Security was very high and gave everyone a strong sense of security. Both bedrooms made it a perfect setup for two couples or a family.

Everything about this condo was as advertised! Very clean, well maintained unit with everything we needed. The location to downtown was perfect, we parked the cars and walked everywhere. Communication with the property manager was excellent, and very prompt. Would 100% stay here again!

Great place for a family stay. We felt very safe as the lobby, parking garage, elevator, and room all had keycode entry. It's an easy walk to the downtown area and a very short drive to Biltmore. Blackout curtains in each room (plus the sound machine we brought) helped our toddler sleep great! The bus station across the road does add some extra noise throughout the night, but nothing too disruptive unless you're a very light sleeper. The rooms are quite spacious and basic household necessities were provided. Check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to understand. We're looking forward to staying here again during our next trip to Asheville!

It is not only across the street from a bus terminal but a rather large outdoor music venue. There was extremely loud music there 2 of the 4 nights we were there. Even though it ended @ 10 PM you couldn’t hear the TV or have a conversation. Furnishings were nice. Sofa bed was comfortable according to the person who slept there each night. TVs should have instructions with them. No teaspoons or enough hangers. Had to run the DW every day even though we ate lunch & dinner out

Great Condo and location!
We had a family vacation to Asheville. This condominium was fantastic. The condo unit itself was clean, spacious, and perfect for family of 4 with two teenage boys. The location was very convenient downtown. The bus transfer station, although across the street, was not an issue and electric busses are silent so don’t let that concern you. We enjoyed our stay!

Very convenient location in downtown Asheville
My husband and I stayed in the condo for 4 nights with our two adult boys (both over 6' 3"). It was very clean and well stocked. The location was just a short walking to distance to the heart of what is happening in Downtown Asheville - restaurants, bars, breweries and tons of restaurants. Yes, there is a bus station across the street and people can get a little noisy at night but only for brief periods. There were some homeless people hanging out around the building but overall we felt very safe. There were plenty of nice towels, etc. The beds were comfortable and one of the boys even opted to sleep on the fold out couch which came equipped with sheets, pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked. Parking onsite was convenient and it was a straight shot down Asheland Ave to Biltmore Village. We would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful condo but surrounded by urban blight
This condo is new and very well decorated. Beds are very comfortable. Our unit was directly across from the local bus station and the noise from the bus traffic particularly at night was significant. In addition there were many homeless (8-12 or more) that gathered on the sidewalks each evening and remained there into the morning. To the point we felt unsafe after about 9 pm. We chose this location because it looked to be close to restaurants and breweries and we love to walk. Although every city has a homelessness problem Asheville seems to have a very laid back approach. We walked everywhere we could each day within a mile or so, and the only place we felt unsafe was right around this condo building. I hope the owners will encourage the city to patrol the area particularly at night. Loud fights and altercations among the people camped out was an every night occurrence. Trash around the outside of the building was a significant problem. Parking garage is secure as is entrance to building. There are other safer locations to stay near restaurants etc. It’s unfortunate such a nice building has attracted such an unsavory group on a nightly basis.

Very nice clean comfortable condo
This condo is situated close to everything and is very convenient to just about anything you'd like to do. It's very clean, comfortable, and well appointed building and unit. Parking in the parking deck is extremely tight. I have an Acura MDX and it was a tight fit because this unit has a support column on the edge of its assigned parking place. The parking deck does feel very secure and safe . The neighborhood around the condo , while conveniently situated , has a large number of homeless & vagrants in the area due to the bus depot across the street. We witnessed what appeared to be a drug deal on the corner one block from the condo. There are several great restaurants and breweries very close by! Overall, it was a great stay. A little unnerving for my son as he also brought his car and had to park in the pay by the day lot adjacent to the condo. He had an unsettling interaction with a local vagrant that got way too close for comfort one night. Overall, I would stay here again, but I'd only bring one car.

Clean and convenient location!
The property was clean and the hallway into the unit was clean and smelled clean too! The property was as advertised and met our expectations. The location for walking to all things downtown was great. It is across from the bus station, which was also in other comments. The buses do start up early in the morning, so if you’re a light sleeper, I wouldn’t recommend this location. However, it worked for us. One addition to the property we would suggest is a mirror in the guest bedroom. It would make it more efficient for getting ready in the morning when the bathrooms are occupied.

Impeccable...but noisy at 5:30 am
The condo is beautiful--new, clean, easy arrangement for two parents and two young adult daughters to spend the week. We were looking for a place that allowed our college-aged daughters to do school work remotely for chunks of each day while also allowing us easy access to restaurants and sites in town as well as easy drives to gardens/hiking/mountains. The condo was perfect for all of that. It was also essential to me that, during Covid, our space was extremely clean. This condo was spotless! There are two issues with location that weren't deal-breakers for us but are important that potential renters understand upfront: the building is directly across from the bus depot (this condo unit's bedroom windows were on the street-side of the building) and this comes with NOISE. Though my daughters slept through the morning bustle, my husband and I were awakened every.single.morning at 5:30 AM by the sound of bus hydraulics and deliveries. The area around bus depot also seems to be a gathering place for people who are just hanging around with nowhere else to go or to sleep. No one was threatening or made us uncomfortable. In fact, it seems like a pretty friendly group actually. But if noise and loitering could be an issue for your group, this might not be a good fit for you. Overall, we really liked this condo!

Traveled to Asheville with some friends to sightsee the surrounding area and check out some local breweries. This place was in close proximity to tons of breweries, restaurants and shopping so that was a plus. As others have said, it’s directly across from a bus terminal but that didn’t really bother us too much as we were on the go most of the time. Inside was very clean, updated and had plenty of space for 4 of us. Private parking was great and easy check in process.

Weekend Getaway
My husband and I stayed in this unit for a short weekend getaway with another couple. Location was decent, but the “bus depot” wasn’t the greatest; we heard people arguing, yelling for weed, etc. We didn’t feel safe walking to / from downtown at night either because of this and the people passed out around the building. That’s nothing that can be controlled, and I know that doesn’t reflect the property management company itself, but it is something to be aware of before you book. I did call & leave a voicemail the week before arriving (I had questions), with no response from Towns Property Management. As for the unit itself, very clean! However, when we first arrived, the 2nd restroom was locked... if we didn’t immediately notice it before the other couple arrived, it would’ve been too late because the office was just about to close. If you plan on doing laundry, I’d definitely bring your own fabric softener as they did not have any. The rugs were interesting, but somewhat smart for a rental property. They were just scrap squares all taped together; some of them were coming apart just by walking on them. Overall, would we pay to stay again, as opposed to a hotel downtown? Maybe.

Cute with walking distance to downtown.
Near all shops and restaurants. Bus station across street, 3 homeless people who were quiet and not bothered by them. You must be a compact car for The garage. Had to pay out of pocket for our truck to be parked.
