Dear David, I am so sorry to hear about your experience and that your expectations were not fulfilled. We do understand the facilities of the hotel, as well as its expanses, did not meet your needs, however, as a 10-room boutique hotel, we are offering a distinct personality, intimate experience, personalized service, and full inclusive rate: full breakfast, minibar, alcoholic minibar as well as canapes daily; boutique hotels are generally much smaller than traditional hotels. Moreover, I have had a look at our page on the Expedia website and saw that all the information about rooms, their sizes, and hotel facilities is outlined.We do take every feedback seriously and I had a chat with team members on duty during your stay, they mentioned, that there were no indications about you being not satisfied as well as they helped you with car rentals and other general inquiries. For a small property, the team is required to complete additional tasks which may explain why they were not at the reception at the time you needed, however, we do always leave a display with instructions on how to contact us in case we are not at the desk. I do want to apologize once again, however, it would've been very helpful if we had known about your concerns on the date, which would have allowed us to fix the issue straight away and not leave you with negative emotions.
