Great place for the price. Updated and clean facility. They off a game room, swimming pool and weight room, which we did not check out. We enjoyed the breakfast. Not only did it include the standard carb breakfast choices, there were eggs, sausage, and yogurt available. We would stay there again.

Check in was slow. Room was not ready. They do not clean your room unless you specifically request it. Management was rude and disrespectful. After I had waited at least 10 minutes to check in an employee went up to the check in clerk and had her get on the phone with someone while I was still waiting to check in. This place is a joke. Do not stay here!!

The hotel smelled weird, from the elevator to our room. The curtains in our room had stains on them. The room itself was fine and the sheets and towels were clean. It was not the worst place to stay, but it wasn’t as good as the pictures and reviews led on. Probably would not stay here again.

Outdated. One single elevator that took forever. The hotel smells horrendous. But the elevator smelled even worse. Breakfast was rancid.But the staff was great.

Overall my stay was amazing, but we got placed next to a room were the children in that room was very noisy you could here them running and jumping. Had to report them to the front desk but it really didn’t stop anything kept me up till around 11am.

Very disappointed
To start, someone left their dog alone in their room and it started going crazy. Tried to notify front desk but our phone wasn’t working. Went down to front desk to let her know about the dog and informed her about the phone and apparently my room wasn’t the only one with a phone not working. About 10:00 PM my husband went downstairs to get a bottle coke and came back to the room empty handed because all they had was diet drinks and gatorade but was told he could go down by a liquor store down the street and get something…..umm no. Shouldn’t have to. The beds are at slope with the head being down and feet up. This messed with our backs. We can usually sleep well anywhere, but these beds hurt our backs. We ended up sleeping at the foot of the bed. This was better but we were still stiff next day. I typed this at 1:26 AM because it sounded as though people were stomping up and down the hall above us when getting off the elevator, which yes our room was across from. You can hear everything in this hotel. I usually prefer to stay at Comfort Inns when we travel, but we will never stay at this one again. 4 hours from home for a cheer competition and no sleep … not a great trip to say the least. The front desk lady that checked us in was polite.

The beautiful peacocks roaming the grounds added to the ambience property. Checking in was very efficient and the front staff was friendly. My only complaints are, the upholstery on the sofa in my room was dirty, the shower didn't look clean, and the hook behind the bathroom door was missing.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Please do not give this place your banking information. We booked through a travel app. Instead of charging us the agreed upon amount on that app. they decided to charge our bank account every single day. We tried to speak with the front desk lady and she was completely in caring about the fact that we had been charged 6 separate times for our room by the 3rd day of our 5 night stay. She said “nothing I can do about it”. They steal money from your bank account overnight and hope you don’t check to find out. Completely drained our bank account. Nobody from the hotel was willing to listen or help in any way. She even cursed at us on our way out the door. We will never stay here again.
