Ran out of coffee at breakfast, no employees around to solve problem. Then no cream. Bathroom counters are very small. Glass shower prohibits others from using toilet (if modest). Room very stark. Very disappointing as I expected more from this chain of hotels.

Solid for the money. Roku - NO
Good solid hotel for the money. Don’t bother bringing your Roku. They make it impossible to use. Pillows are so so. The water pressure is good. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Typical amenities. Only problem was the hair dryer not working.

Such Potential but Lacked on Delivery
We live in the same town as the hotel but wanted to get away from our loud neighbors for a relaxing stay and transition into the new year. The TV and employees in the lounge were loud. When I asked for another room, they just closed the hallway door, which didn't really help. The bed was uncomfortable with small pillows for a king-sized bed. We could not find extra pillows or a blanket. The drain in the shower exposes the PVC pipe that doesn't seem to be completely connected to the drain - so where is the water going? At 8am, two employees were yelling by our room even though we had our "do not disturb" sign out.

Debbie is seriously one of the nicest ladies ive ever met. She went above and beyond to make sure myself and my group had everything we needed. Honestly I will stay here again only because of her. However the “front end manager” who would not even bother to give me her name was extremely rude and could care less. We were told that “we need to move our bikes from the front and park them across the way” “they are in the way and I’m not responsible for damage” I got news for you, you are not responsible for anything happening to a vehicle parked in your parking lot you even have signs posted saying so. She basically dressed down my entire group of friends who all were paying $200 a night for a nice room and this is how we are treated by the manager? Debbie should be your manager and honestly if management is reading this please take a note or two from Debbie. She saved you on this review and she deserves recognition

The hotel was very clean on the outside and inside of the facility. Our room was nice and spacious. The room could of used a love seat or chair to sit on besides the bed especially since there was alot of space. Would recommend this hotel because the location is nice and you can tell its an up and coming area. Only issue was that we didn't get any cleaning from housekeeping while we were there for 3 nights. We didn't even get new towels or washcloths. There was a note that said housekeeping every other day but we didnt get anything at all.

A Great Place to Stay
we loved everything about our stay. Nice room, clean and comfortable, with great views, quiet. A lovely walking path nearby which we greatly enjoyed. Very good, full breakfast available, with choices to suit all. We were also pleased with the free laundry available, with detergent provided free. Hotel perhaps needs better signage; our cab driver almost couldn’t locate it. We recommend the new Vietnamese restaurant just minutes on foot; plus it’s nice to be so close to a supermarket, the Aldi. Overall, a great hotel and we would not hesitate to stay here again, will do so next time we are in town

Such a disappointment. Very new hotel so exceptionally clean, very nice in appearance. However, as with all new things there are some bugs to fix. My shower would NOT get hot. To say it was lukewarm would be a stretch. Just not pleasant. The TV channels didn’t work either, so my standard morning routine of coffee while waking up with my morning news was out the door. I didn’t complain about any of that to the front desk as I was only there for one night. However, the treatment from the front desk upon checkout sealed the deal - I won’t be back. Unfriendly, down right rude. There is a Hampton inn steps away - I’ll be there next time.
