"Hilton in Baku is maybe the best hotel in the area. Especialy during our stay 18-22.april.2024 we are very content from: - beds in the room and cleanliness - last two floors are magnificient - personel - we'd like to mention especially: 1) "bell boy" name Azul/Azil ?- aged appr.50-54 years). He was very helpfull on transportation and in the hotel, full with info on the city, always very kind; 2) the waiter in executive floor - name Vugar-? very kind and full with attention the clients: 3) Emil Ibrahimov - guest relation - very helpfull and kind 4) same the young lady in Spa center - very helpfull and kind. "A great hotel situated at the best end of the promenade offering beautiful views of the sea and flame towers (sea view rooms). Breakfast is lavish and the staff go out of their way to accomodate different food choices (we are vegetarians). Only on one day room was not serviced and had to remind them for it."
