"Das Haus mit seinen ganzen Annehmlichkeiten ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich. Innen-und Aussenpool, Sauna, Fitnessgeräte, alles top. Der Zustand bei Übernahme war hervorragend. Die Ausstattung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wir buchen öfter Ferienwohnungen oder Ferienhäuser, so ein perfektes Haus hatten wir noch nie. Nochmals vielen Dank !"

"Trotz eines leicht verregneten Urlaubs Anfang August 2023 haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an in dem Haus wohlgefühlt und es nicht bereut, dieses Ferienhaus gebucht zu haben. Auf kleinem Raum mit viel Liebe zum Detail mit ansprechender Optik und Gestaltung. Raumaufteilung sehr gut. Küchenausstattung ausreichend für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt. Wir waren erstaunt, wie jeder Winkel des Hauses ausgenutzt wird und in welcher Harmonie die verarbeiteten Materialien miteinander sind. Gastgeberin sehr nett....

"Schöne neue, modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Wenn der Hofladen geschlossen hat, ist die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit bzw. das nächste Restaurant nur mit dem Fahrrad bzw. Pkw erreichbar."

"Das Haus ist sauber und der Check-in hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Hr. Alex, der Vermieter, ist immer zu erreichen falls nötig. Der Parkplatz ist in der Nähe und bietet den Startpunkt für viele Ausflüge im Chiemgau. Im Winter ist die Rodelbahn auf dem Toten Mann (Hirscheckbahn) zu empfehlen mit anschließender Wanderung zurück zum Parkplatz ein toller Tagesausflug."

"This was a fabulous house, very well kitted out, comfortable beds, super & plentiful shower rooms, great kitchen & a lovely garden. To have ones own well water was a real treat & the owners were delightful & very easy to communicate with. The road noise was a bit intrusive particularly at night and the road was incredibly busy but apart from that the location is good. Perhaps having more comfortable furniture in the sitting room would have been nice, it is not a very cosy space. However these...

"Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, viel Platz, 2 Bäder eins mit Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne, gut ausgestattete Küche, Gartenmöbel sind nicht mit viel Gewicht belastbar. Tolle Umgebung ideal für ein Spaziergang am Auerbach oder Wanderungen zum Brünnstein, Hocheck, etc"

"Eine tolle Unterkunft mit Charme, einem wundervollen Garten in einer traumhaften Umgebung. Insgesamt hatten wir ein fabelhaftes Wochenende bei unserem Mädelswochenende zu 8. Absolute Weiterempfehlung. Der Platz ist für 8 Personen genau richtig, im Garten kann man schön entspannen und sogar grillen. Richtig toll!"

"Great stay. It’s a charming house, big enough for four -almost-grownups. The park is quiet and the house has a beautiful view. There is a mini golf course but that’s about it, when it comes to entertainment. But we didn’t need more, there is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The the house has a complete kitchen, no need to bring spices, oil, peper/salt, tea or even tablets for dishwasher. I was happily surprised. The owners are really friendly, who responded accurate at emails."

"We had a real nice holiday in this little cottage. Everything was just as promised and the village of Reit im Winkl was even more fantastic than we dared to dream of. The cottage is located at the end of a silent little road, yet in a walking distant from the village with lots of restaurants, cafés and shops. Also, the local golf offers many opportunities in two countries. The welcome was warm and friendly and Hans and Brigitte were taking real good care of us and all our needs. Thank you!"

"Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf das Kaisergebirge. Es gibt viele Wandermöglichkeiten, der nahegelegene Walchsee war herrlich und warm (22 Grad). Wir werden wiederkommen."
