"I really enjoyed staying at the Riu Vallarta. Everything about it was great. I think it’s the first all inclusive that I’ve had a cold refrigerator and hot water in my shower and I’ve been to lots of all inclusive so those were we’re just the cherry on top. Going back in two months and looking forward to it!😄"

"This is definitely one of the best resorts and hotels I’ve ever been to. Staff were always polite and accommodating. Most of them spoke very good English and they were easy to talk to. Room service comes around twice a day to make sure any rooms don’t get kissed for the cleaning process. Ocean is very warm and the white sand beaches are dream-like. The visibility of the ocean is typical for the pacific west coast. Murky and sandy and not much visibility. You can choose to not tip but everyone does because the service you get is usually amazing. Minibar restocked every day but you don’t need it because they have a lot of bars around the resort and near the beach that serve high quality drinks. Activities such as beach volleyball, ping pong and dance class are some that my partner and I enjoyed a lot. We would like to give a huge shoutout to Alonso who works at the buffet for his exceptional serving and customer service. Some of the best we have ever had. Will be back to another RIU in the future."

"We just returned from Marival Emotions and we had the best time!!! I am not sure where all the bad reviews come from?? We were there for 7 nights on an all inclusive package. It was my husband, myself and our 2 boys aged 2.5 and 5. We arrived at the resort at noon and our room was not ready but we were able to take FULL advantage of all the amenities. Upon arrival we realized we left one of our bags in the shuttle and the gentleman at the front handling the luggage was beyond helpful in helping us get it back! Check in was easy, no lines and we got our room at 3pm as promised. We were never hassled for a time share presentation. We had met another couple that was approached for the presentation and they said it was actually really great. They had breakfast, drinks and the staff watched their 2 little kids (they could see them on the other side of the glass wall) as they were given the presentation. They also rec’d free passes to swim with the dolphins. After hearing this I wish we were approached! The majority of the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was great. Yes some items on the buffet were not piping hot but we never had cold food. So many items to choose from and they switched it out everyday. Breakfast had fresh cold pressed juices, omelet station, pancake, waffle and crepe station (The would even make fresh french toast if you asked). The fruit was so fresh and so many options each morning! Lunch, we mostly ate at La Bamba near the kiddie pool. They"

"Let me start by saying WOW! We enjoyed our stay so much that we are planning another trip, this is a Gem! From the moment we arrived until we left we were swept off our feet. Marcos at the beach is amazing. He made sure to remember my order and greeted us with our favorite drinks each day the pool bar opened. Gave a great recommendation for the Blue grill the second night and served us there as well. Hands down best service I have received at any all inclusive. Each morning we had breakfast at La Casona where Fabian made sure to have our coffee always filled and to have a Bloody Mary with tequila on its way to the table. Fabian also made sure to have the mimosa’s prepared during breakfast as well. Why not you’re on vacation. Other servers were Esmeralda, Caroline, Paloma, Cielo, Rufino, Daniela. Next door at the Flamingo we had Polo at the bar, loved the conversation over a glass of Siete Lenguas with club soda and lime(siete leguas). Polo always had a smile even when other guests were being very rude. One thing I found is We did not have a bad moment. We made the best of the vacation. Others may leave a different review but that is their opinion! This by far was a fun and relaxing long weekend get away. Thank you to all that I mentioned and the others that played an important role in our stay!"
