The staff was overwhelmingly nice, helpful, and courteous. I will say the that all the doubles that I saw available were only fulls. It makes for a super uncomfortable sleep with the family

I was surprised to discover that the Marriot Bonvoy located 4 blocks away from the National Aquarium doesn't have a microwave. This is a relatively high end Airport in a major city on the east coast missing a basic amenity. If you factor in that my travel companion in a different room discovered that there room wasn't cleaned... what are you paying for?

We loved that we could park the car and not be worried about it. The room was ok, you can tell they just stuck us somewhere, but for what we needed it for it suited our needs... we had no hot water, but they fixed it right away... the front door staff were amazing!!!

The staff at this hotel are wonderful, and they all seem like they really love their jobs. Thanks especially to Jolanda, Carlton, and Erik for your kindness and upbeat personalities! I enjoyed talking to all three of you. We had a great stay. Food and drinks at The Yard were good, hotel clean. The hotel is older, so make sure to bring your block for your chargers - no usb charging available in the rooms, just standard electrical outlets (though they were also present in the lamp next to the bed, so thats helpful). Its not the hotel thats unsafe, its Baltimore as a whole and the area just a couple blocks away. I felt safe at the hotel itself, and walking to the harbor area down Pratt street was ok later in the day. If I go back to Baltimore, I would stay here again.

Staff was AMAZING! Everyone helpful, friendly. Must be a good place to work as good management makes good employees. Concerned that fitness room lock doesn't work. Anyone can get in. Security should be better in an inner-city facility. Was disappointed that maids change my towels even though they were hung up to save resources. But they did a good job of cleaning my room.

We had a lovely stay! Saw a concert at CFG Arena, the hotel location was perfect. The front desk staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Our room was nice and had a small view of Camden Yards. A microwave would have been a bonus, otherwise the room was clean and comfortable. Service in the restaurant was fast and friendly, dinner was delicious. We enjoyed our stay at the Marriott and in Baltimore.

Extremely accommodating

Everything was inconsistent. Many employees went out of their way to help and others acted like they couldn't wait to get home. My room wasn't cleaned the day i requested. Not enough staff at the front desks to accommodate a seemingly VERY busy and full weekend. Bartenders were great.

This Marriott was conveniently located in the Inner Harbor. Reception was friendly and welcoming in person but phone demeanor was less courteous. Bar and restaurant was open til 11 which was extremely convenient as we didn't arrive til after 9pm and were starving. The building, lobby and rooms are a bit dated and the mattress was bit soft.
