Lovely, beautiful, convenient. Very thoughtful amenities within the hotel considering that there is no conveniences that are walkable. Pool, fire pit, workout room, lawn area- nearby Stevens Creek Trail and Freeway access- amazing. I happened to arrive on a Friday when the staff was clearly tired from the business travelers all week- 3:45pm is too late to get decent food at the Starbucks style coffee shop and too early to get anything at the bar. Front desk staff had the same lack of energy. But the property is amazing and very convenient.

Only on TV in one bedroom really needs to Tvs, one in each bedroom room. Otherwise, was perfect for what we needed it for our stay in the area.

Shashi is the best!! Friendly staff, especially the front desk staff (Ariana and Heather are amazing). The property is luxurious and calm, it’s like a whole different world while you stay there. The food, drinks, and amenities are top tier. My fiancé and I embrace Shashi as our home away from home.

The hotel is very expensive for what you get, so really not a good value. We booked a junior suite for our family of 4 to give us a bit more space as we were coming to town for an event in the area, but even a standard room was very expensive. The staff & restaurant were both fine, but the grounds around the buildings where the rooms are were not very clean or modern & the hallways & rooms didn't feel very clean or well-lit. The bathroom in our suite was especially very dark & poorly lit - even the lighted mirror was very dim, so that made getting ready for our event in the morning a bit challenging. The hotel property was extremely crowded & busy on Friday when we arrived. I appreciated that they were able to allow us to check in about 2 hours early, but I think this property is best for large groups (wedding parties, corporate offsite events, etc.) - didn't feel very comfortable or accommodating for families or couples, so it was clear that the large groups were the hotel's priority, & that was a little disappointing.
