I know they don't speak English, but it will be nice if they can try to accommodate others who dont speak your local language

1. This property is in a small town away from Barcelona city where are all the major attractions are. Airport is at the other end and incurred 75 euros each way of commute. Getting to city and back caused additional expenses. This hotel should not be listed under Barcelona city hotels.
2. We visited in the last week of August where it was so hot. The a/c was not effective though it was running. There were many families with small children complaining about the temperature in the hotel.
3. The wi-fi did not work. They said I-phones need special options. We tried all options and we could not get wi-fi to work on any one of our phones. For this reason, we had to go to a restaurant outside to make online reservations to attractions.
4. Bath tub is so high and you really need a step stool to get in and out. Otherwise, there is a fall hazard especially for pregnant women and seniors.
5. There were ants in the room all over.
I would not stay at this hotel again.

Dear Ram, We regret your stay was not pleasant in our hotel, we would like to inform that all information provided in our website is correct. 1.The hotel is 25mnts from Barcelona city by car and 45 mnts in Public Transport and the hotel is located in Barcelona Nord 2. The weather was so hot the last week of August but the air conditioning were working correctly 3. The WI-FI service is working correctly. Clients have to login with personal email to use the service and front desk team are available to support all our guest. 4 At the reservation time, we recommend to take into account room description and hotel facilities to avoid future complaints. 5 The ants is due to some clients have bags food in the rooms and we dont have minibar.However the issue is sort out.RegardsKind regards

This hotel is one of the oldest campanile hotels in Europe and it needs some renovation. But as in all campanile hotels the food was good, the bathrooms clean, and the staff was very helpful. It is far away from Barcelona which I didn’t realize when I booked it. Fortunately we had a car and free parking. Overall my stay was good for the price.

They gave us a room with connecting doors . In the room attached they had a big dog barking at 0300 am .
On top t’he room did not look like a hotel room at all . It looked like the cheapest motel room ever . Not pleasant whatsoever.They changed our room to the 4 th floor with no air conditioning. Looked pretty bad too. Horrible experience. Expedia should not sell in this property.I believe this was the worst experience with Expedia I ever had.

The room felt dated, but the biggest issue wss the balcony/corridor. The next room insisted on making his telephone calls at high volume right outside my window, even drowned out the traffic!
I ate at the hotel, but would not again, i could not recommend it. But it was clean, functional, and a bed forbthe night, so OK.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast offering. Clean and comfortable but a bit strong on the cleaning chemical smell in the room. Location is noisy as is in the middle of confluence of major roads. Is not close to public transport and if you don’t have your own vehicle is very difficult to cross all the roads surrounding the hotel to get to the nearest train station.

People were great but Sorry to say that the hotel was awful, because the hotel was not covered by wall, and if u open the door, then it is like barconi, outside. Looks like American motel. And it was located at the intersection and very noisy.

Overnight staff. Specifically the tall bald guy, he is rude and oversteps his boundaries when having a conversation with my friend and I. I called the hotel to ask if they can send a regular Barcelona taxi to a train station to pick us up and he claimed to call and reserve a taxi but turns out he did not make any reservation for us and made us wait 30 minutes past midnight. I ended up calling our own taxi.
Hotel is TOO dark at night. No lights in hallways. To get to your room, you have to open your phone light to see the hallway.
