Lovely breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed. Great location! Oh, and lovely reception staff. Drainage in the shower and sink in my bathroom was not great which meant the shower overflowed. Also quite a noisy road, but earplugs worked brilliantly!

It is an ideal place to stay if you can figure out the trains and buses. There are lots of stops located around the hotel. It is a very brief walk to the Cathedral, and if you're a Rick Steves fan, the start of his 2 walks for Barcelona are within a 15 minute.

Well located for our needs, underground car park a few minues walk away. This was the second time we stayed in this hotel and we just felt that it was not such good value for money. The bathroom basin didn't drain so we wondered how it had been cleaned with no-one noticing this and the TV turned itself on and had to be unplugged to switch off. Would probably use a different hotel next time. Just a bit disappointing and sad.

Not 4 star hotel!
The room was ok, it is not a 4 star hotel, maybe one time it was, but is very outdated, curtains are stain or durty, shower did drained well and when informed to the front desk the sent their technician and he responded that is was a problem that needed so kind of drainage liquid and it was strong we he was going to wait until he have checked out, meanwhile we had to stay with that shower that didn't drain well and it smelled the room like sewerage. Also there was stain of soap in the shower tiles and the shower head had mildew. AC thermostat was broken as well, Breakfast is ok and the bed sheet and floor at least was clean. I'm guessing that because of location the price, but one thing is for sure is no 4 star hotel! I'm trying to upload photos of everything listed in this comment, but is not letting me.

Great location for a Barcelona weekend
Hotel was well located - ideal for walking to all the main spots around Barcelona and close to the beach also. Our main issue was the size of the room - it was very small, just wide enough for a double bed and 2 bedside lockers. Our hearts sank when we opened the door. Bathroom was great though, very big with nice toiletries. Breakfast was fine, usual continental selection and plenty of it. I would stay again but only if I got the room for a cheaper rate, it was definitely not worth €200 approximately per night

We booked a double bed, however we were given two singles, this was swiftly sorted and they provided us with a double. However after a few hours we soon realised the bed was made up of two singles and a very lumpy duvet to hold it together. We had terrible nights sleep unfortunately. Maybe next time just tell us we don’t actually have double beds. Otherwise this hotel is great in every way!

The property is in a great location, near the gothic quarter and marina, with lots of shops/places to eat nearby. The staff were friendly when I checked in and I was given a triple room when I booked a double. I wouldn't have minded the extra space but I didn't really want to sleep on a single bed and there were 3 singles in the room. My primary issue was with the cleanliness of the room. The rainfall shower head was so disgusting- covered in green/black mould that I was scared to use it. The hand-held shower sprayer was cleaner. Someone had also left a dirty sock on the wall-hook in the bathroom. It is worrying that cleaners did not see it or remove it.

A lot of road / traffic noise,staff "hands off" - neither rude nor overly accommodating / helpful. Would've been nice if there was somewhere to get just a cup of coffee. Didn't try buffet breakfast so can comment Good location, room clean with decent shower (and bathroom in general)

The staff, specially Javier, were very accommodating and helpful. We have to move room because it was not cleaned and the tub was clog. When we got to the 2nd room, same thing the tub was clog too, Amenities were minimal, there they don't even have a tissue box.
