We are a family of 4 and loved the space of this apartment. It was walking distance from shopping, restaurants, and bars. There was a washing machine in the apartment and plenty of room for the entire family to spend time together or quiet time by ourselves. There is a great bar/restaurant right across the street and the host provided wonderful suggestions for dining which we appreciated and visited.

The apt is wonderfully located in the heart of the gothic centre of Barcelona and is fabulous for a group of people travelling. The owners were quick with communication and provided support when needed and the staff at the store were great. As it is an apt, there is no reception and hours of checking in are very limited. The apartments were quite dirty and they would benefit by having any form of instructions on how to work the laundry (which does not dry clothes), thermostat, oven, wifi, etc. Overall, the location and people made the place somewhere I would Consider returning to.

The check-in time is from 3:00pm until any time, even late night. If you arrive earlier we will store your luggage. Regarding cleanliness we always have great rates.In the apartment there are instructions of how everything works: oven, wifi, washing machine, dryer that does dry clothes, a/c, heating, etc

Exceeded expectations
Alex welcomed us to her apartment with open arms, giving us great recommendations for food and activities. The apartment exceeded our expectations, it was much more spacious than expected and everything was so clean. It was located in the heart of the city but still peaceful at night. This was perfect for our family!

The air conditioner was not turned on. They said not until June. When the French doors are open it is comfortable, but trying to sleep with the doors open in really hard with the street noise and voices coming through.

It was great having a large apartment. We were a party of 3, so my teenage son had a space for himself that he enjoyed. The neighborhood has a ton of life to it so be prepared for loud nights. The property manager was amazing, and helped us at every turn. We learned a ton about Barcelona history from her. Looking foreward to going back.

These apartments are so conveniently located—walkable to Bari Gothic and El Borne. Beds were very comfortable with nice bedding and large towels. No bathroom amenities except for hair dryer. The biggest disappointment was a lack of a coffee maker—only a French Press. The tea kettle could use to be replaced but I boiled water in the microwave. Alex, the manager, was super and a wealth of information. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Got there right before 8:00 pm and even though the store next door was closed and that's where u get the keys they still charged me a late check in fee of $35. Finally after almost 1 hour waiting outside for somebody to show up to give us keys, somebody came and charged my credit card and took copy of my passport and when they went to get the keys they were not there and told us we had to wait another 30 minutes at least for somebody to bring it. Needless to say we asked for our money back and just went to a different hotel. Expedia still charged me $19.95 fee for no reason.

The apartment had everything we needed and was so spacious for 4 adults. It was in a great location, right in the Gothic Quarter and not far from the main attractions. Most things are walking distance with metro stations not far either. Loads of cafes, restaurants and bars close by. Would definitely recommend

Great place in the Gothic!
The manager was super helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious and comfortable and clean. The wifi was spotty. The bathroom door lock was broken apparently due to the previous tenants. The back bedroom had a faint odor. Otherwise a really great place to stay! The bakery across the street was a fixture for me and I miss it now! Pretty easy to walk to lots of great sites and points of interest. Also easy to catch a cab if needed.The beds were very comfortable. There is noise from the street sometimes at night but not a problem for me. The drapes black out the light very well if desired.
