The reception team were wonderful - couldnt be more helpful. We loved the location also. The unit was perfect however the beds were inferior. I hope it was only for unit 342 but I would definitely ask this for our next visit as everything else is really good

Decent hotel near metro
The apartment was nice and adequate. The only draw back is I expected to have both washer and dryer for a 2 room apartment for a family of 5 for 5 days. There was only a washer. So I had to line dry the clothes which makes the apartment damp half of the time. The hotel is in a residential area. There are some very nice cafes nearby for breakfast. About one block away from metro which is very convenient for the major attractions.

The propoerty was comfortable and in a good location. The customer service was not good and left a lot to be desired. We stayed 4 nights, and were given coffee pods and sugar for 2 nights. When we asked for more coffee, we were told that this isnt a hotel, and we would have to go to a supermarket to buy some. This is not the service you would expect from a 4 star property at this price point.

Great find
This was such a spacious (2 bedroom and 2 bath) apartment, perfect for us and our 2 adult children. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped. Two metro stops are less than 2 blocks in either direction. The clothes washer was most appreciated (note: directly across the street you can buy detergent for 1 Euro and use their dryer for 4 Euros) and there is a huge drying rack. The only quibble is that the twin bathrooms are the smallest I've ever seen--think 3rd class cruise ship size--but they had all the essentials and at least you could reach the towel without stepping out of the shower.

Don’t think I would stay there again..
The sheets didn’t look very clean as there was hair on the beds. The washroom didn’t smell very pleasant and the couch had several stains on it. Otherwise the apartment looked clean but the towels smelled like bleach.

Dislike: upon arrival for check-in, I asked the officer where could we stop the car for few minutes to bring down luggage, the answer was : "find yourself a place in the street to park!!" Although they had a parking facility just next door to the building entrance. No renewal of amenities in the apt

The location was wonderful - close to 2 metro stations, and walkable to city center also. Rooms were updated nicely. No dryer in the room, but was equipped with clothes hanging stand, so laundry was not much of a problem. It could get loud in busy months, but when we stayed, it was okay (April).

They charged me supplement for extra people unexpectedly . I had informed them about 3 people coming on phone and in writing that’s why I had selected this apartment having 3 bed rooms. They told me it’s ok. . I had asked if the bedrooms had double bed . They did not deny me or tell me any thing about supplement but after deadline of cancellation passed, they told me and at check in tried to sharpe more money. The 2 bedrooms were horrible, like a box tiny bed , no wardrobe and one bed even no hanging clothes They did not clean or give amenities during 4 days. They threatened to block entry without giving me sufficient notice

Excellent location. We frequently used the metro system which there are 2 stations close by whether you turn right or left out of the property. However you can easily walk to all the main tourist areas. The flat is well equipped and spacious and kept clean.

Well situated comfortable flat with great staff
From the moment we arrived the staff did everything to help us, from contacting our airport transfers for information while we were out, to printing our boarding passes for us, they were great. The flat itself was spotless and well deorated with a great bathroom, lots of storage, enough space, and comfortable beds. It's in a great spot in Barcelona with a convenience stor six doors away, transport links nearby, and good food in beautiful buildings within a 30 minute walk. Could not reccommend more, couldn't thank the staff enough.

Great little apartment, close to transport links.
We had a lovely time here. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartment was spotlessly clean with everything we needed. It’s really close to the Aerobus stop and there’s a metro stop 5 mins walk away. Supermarket down the road and an organic market on the opposite corner. Great location. Walkable to Las Rambla through cute little streets.

I stayed in a lovely spacious home with essential tools and equipment provided. It was close to to the seaside and some of the main attractions.The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful with any questions we had.

Was unfortunately charged 25€ for checking in after 10pm due to a delayed flight. Walking to Placa Catalunya takes about 20 minutes. Staff helped schedule taxi rides. A bit noisy with people walking up and down the stairs (the elevator can not accomodate more than 2 people with luggage). There was only one bathroom for a 3 bedroom apartment. We ran out of toilet paper quickly but the staff was nice in giving us more.

Nicest flat for a family
So lucky to be able to avail of this apartment. So clean and neat. The rooms were configured very well, just enough for a family of 5. Walking distance to restaurants and key point areas. We’ll definitely come back! My kids don’t wanna go back home.

The condo was in great shape, new and with everything we needed. They did have 4 coffee pods ... which was 2 coffee's each for my husband and I on the first morning. When we asked for more they charged us. We were staying for 3 nights and seemed we should get coffee for 3 mornings. This and the fact that the bed was very uncomfortable/stiff were the only downside. They did have a little olive oil/vinegar packets for us and a few other cooking supplies which really helped for making dinners in.

This apartment is fantastic! Great area, close to everything and they upgraded us to a 3 br which was a fantastic treat after traveling with my 2 boys and husband. I got to enjoy my own bathroom bc of the upgrade! All the amenities of home groceries around both corners and wonderful little espresso machines provided with espresso for after a siesta. We we more than pleased! Balcony overlooking a street with a lively area. I would definitely stay here again. Barcelona is a wonderful city! It’s should be on everyone’s bucket list.
