The gardens & pool are beautiful . Found the hotel dated & old though , the bedrooms need redocorated & the lights . Bed was very hard & uncomfotable , the hairdryer, was like something from the 60s , if you stay bring your own hairdryer. Serviced our room twice in our four day stay, had to ask for towels , & we were given pool towels. Reception staff were ok , leena was lovely , but one girl was very unfriendly & unhelpful, with blonde hair, should not be working in the industry , made us feel very unwelcome, would not stay there again especially if you are English. The hotel is not woth the money as the service is poor

Good 3 star hotel. Rooms were decent altho not a huge amount of storage especially in bathroom. Pool was very good and plenty of sunloungers. Breakfast had fairly limited offering but still adequate. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel not that large and pretty quiet. Not many UK guests. 10 mins walk into centre of Bardolino which was ideal.

We had the most awful experience at this hotel. No hot water so it was cold shower. The weather was not very warm so you can imagine having to take cold showers. No towels in the room. We stayed in room 102. No lifts. Hairdryer broken. Air conditioning did not work. And we had a lady knock on the door to explain that we are not allowed to use it even though the room was absolutely freezing. We had two rooms and it was disgusting. Worst place I have ever stayed in with hotels.com.

Very clean and well presented hotel. Small hotel which never felt crowded. Lovely pool and breakfast was amazing, plenty of choice. Only slight downside was as we were leaving early (7am) when asked if we could have an early breakfast or at least some pastries this was not an option.

Very enjoyable stay, perfect for our needs
Great stay, room v.nice and clean, breakfast was great. Good location close to Bardolino and only a 5 minute walk into town. Hotel is close to main road but set back far enough that traffic noise wasn't bothering us at all. Would definitely consider staying again if we're in the area.

Very good stay.
Very enjoyable - good clean hotel - friendly staff - good breakfast - reasonable location (10 minutes to centre but only 5 minutes to main bus service). Easy promenade walks (or cycles for hire) to Garda and Lazise. Good boat service to other resorts on the lake.

Great location, modern room, varied breakfast
Small friendly hotel within walking distance of Bardolino centre. Modern clean rooms & good value for money. Varied & tasty breakfast. Only downsides were the sunbeds which would benefit from a cushioned base, hairdryer was a tube attached to the wall & useless & no tea or coffee making facilities, but they have a in room safe which is more useful. A pleasant stay & I would return.

Excellent hotel & pool - and delicious breakfast!
The Ca’ Mura was excellent and I’d highly recommend it. It’s about 5-10 minutes walk from Bardolino town centre, either along the main road or the more scenic lakeside walk. The hotel comprises two buildings. Our bedroom was in the newer building, where reception is located, and was spacious, contemporary and comfortable. There’s a great pool, with sun beds and plenty of sun shades, in a large grassy and nicely planted walled garden. You can order food or drinks at any time. Breakfast was delicious! One of the best we’ve had on this trip around Lake Garda. Especially enjoyed the fruit compote with yoghurt, nuts and seeds.

Nice family run hotel
Great location for the lake, ferries an bused. Nice pool very friendly English speaking staff. Well decorated room could do with a couple more pillows. Bikes good price to hire but could do with a bit of maintenance and have a pump readily available for the tyres.

Fantastic location, lovely little hotel!
Firstly, this is an amazing location for the lake, a short walk from the main centre and the lakeside. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the room’s facilities were great. The only small issues with the room were that the bed is very uncomfortable, and also as the wardrobe is just a rail hanging under a shelf, there is nowhere to hang dresses! The pool area is wonderful, plenty of sun loungers, and looks lovely! Breakfast was a little disappointing, some cold scrambled eggs and a some dry pastries, cakes and bread. I would definitely stay here again as the location, lovely staff and nice facilities made it worthwhile.

Lovely small and friendly hotel. Rooms are clean comfortable and modern, having a fridge is also handy. The gardens and pool area are immaculate with plenty of sunbeds and shade. Breakfast is superb with plenty of choice. Staff were amazing, always happy to help and were friendly too. Bardalino is a short walk away and has a great choice of restaurants. Fantastic small friendly hotel with great pool
One of the best hotels we've stayed in. It was immaculately clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool and surrounding area was lovely, and although being near the main road it really wasn't noticeable. There were plenty of sunloungers and towels for hire at a reasonable rate. The rooms were spacious with great air-conditioning and lovely shower. The buffet breakfast was incredible with a choice from cooked to every kind of continental food and great coffee too!

Small friendly hotel
Hotel was not within view of the lake. Not every room has a balcony. There are no tea/coffee making facilities. Breakfast items were limited for vegetarians. On the plus side some of us are vegan and they went out of their way to provide soya milk, vegan croissants and vegan cake. All Staff very friendly and helpful and provided unbiased tourist information and tips. Air con wasn't working on arrival but they arranged to fix it promptly and provided complimentary drinks to refresh us :). Hotel is 10 min walk to centre of Bardolino, and the info centre and 5 mins to large well equipped supermarket.

Dear Mr Wembley, from the moment we noticed that the air conditioning did not work in 1 hour the technician came to fix it. In the breakfast room there are many vegan foods: soy milk, soy yoghurt, fruit, cereal, bread, jam.. We also ordered vegan brioches for you and the Cook also has prepared muffins and vegan cakes every day I'm happy that you enjoyed our destination and services you experienced hoping that you will be able to come back in the next future. A very relaxing place to stay.
Everything about this hotel was first class including:- *Contact with hotel by email- always a prompt reply with the information requested. * Friendly and very professional staff in reception, always very helpful and excellent language skills. * Lovely pool and surrounding area, plenty of sun beds and towels provided at a very reasonable cost. * Great breakfasts, marvellous choice every day. * Every member of staff where always friendly and very helpful . * Room was a good size with a king sized bed and lovely shower. * Every part of the hotel was always spotlessly clean. * Situation exellent. Good, small hotel near to wonderful Bardolino
The hotel is small but has very clean rooms, friendly and efficient staff and a good breakfast. It is a 10 minute easy walk from the centre of Bardolino which is beautiful and has lots of good restaurants. Boats from Bardolino take you all over Lake Garda. There is a large Spar nearby for supplies and the hotel swimming pool and garden area is a good size for a small hotel. Slight drawback is that the adjacent road can be noisy with traffic but after the first night we got used to it and slept well. Rooms at the back would be OK for light sleepers.

Very happy with our choice.
Our rooms, refurbished with typical Italian flair and style were comfortable and roomy with air conditioning and even a fridge which was very useful (although I think the rooms in the main building do not have fridges). The staff were all very helpful and spoke English very well. The lovely lady who looks after the breakfast service was particularly nice, cheerful and seemed to speak every language under the sun. The grounds and pool are beautifully kept and clean. The noise from the road can be a bit of a nuisance at times but it's not so bad that it should put you off this lovely hotel. Breakfasts at the hotel are plentiful with lots of choice and I found it great start to the day. The hotel is located an easy 10 minute walk from the centre of Bardolino, the area being fairly flat. It is situated on a busy main road and for the first 2 or 3 hundred yards you must keep your wits about you. Pedestrians share their walkway with cyclists who pose more of a threat than motor vehicles so keep an eye out for them. If I was returning to Bardalino I would be happy to stay there again.

Nice hotel not far from the lake. Refurbished rooms loose a bit of the charm of normal hotels in this area. No English speaking channels on the TV. Great pool with lovely beds in the gardens. Nice breakfast with good choices, lunch menu is very limited

When our flight was delayed we rang the hotel to inform them of our situation, they contacted our transfer company, and gave us succinct instructions on how to navigate ourselves from Milan airport to the hotel after the flight plans were changed at the last minute. They were very helpful in providing us with time and location information, this resolved a very stressful situation caused by Air France. During our stay the hotel staff provided us with ideas and details of places to visit. The staff were always very friendly, approachable and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure our stay was stress free. The breakfast consisted of a variety of hot and cold food.

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in
From arrival to departure this is without a doubt one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and accommodating and always with a smile. The gardens are beautifully laid out and tended to with plenty of beds and shaded areas. The pool was sparklingly clean and pleasantly warm with new sunbeds with overhead shades.The hotel had a relaxed feel where you were made to feel welcome. Breakfast was glorious in the garden from 7.30 to 10.00 with a fabulous selection of items, from fruits, yoghurts, breads, cakes, meats, jams, eggs, bacon, pastries, juices and many coffees/teas. There was always plenty of room at breakfast and around the pool with no towels on beds. A light lunch was also served for those who required it. Drinks from the bar were very reasonably priced and the option was given to pay at the end of your stay. We paid daily. I believe the hotel is in the process of renovation. One block has been fully renovated and all the rooms are very modern indeed, these come at an extra cost. We stayed in the block near the pool where the rooms are not yet renovated, although slightly outdated, we preferred these rooms as we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and gardens and at a very reasonable cost.

We had a lovely room with a balcony looking over the pool. The room was basic but comfortable and remained cool with a canopy and air conditioning. The shower was small but this did not spoil our stay. The swimming pool was a good size with lots of sunbeds available. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The staff were helpful. There were bikes on hire and recommend you cycle to Lazize and Garda towns which is a level ride around the lake which is nicely paved so makes for easy cycling. The hotel is next to a road so there was some road noise but this did not spoil our stay.

We stayed in this hotel between 11th of may to 18th of May 2014. we enjoyed our stay very much in this excellent hotel. Staff who working at the reception are very helpful and friendly. If you have any problem they will try to resolve it very quickly, Rooms clean daily and comfortable, information centre and bus stop just 8 minutes walk which is on the main road. Hotel has nice pool and garden. The only down side is breakfast which doesn't have many choices ( Bread Or Salad ). Day trip to Sirmione, Malcesine and Riva del Garda is recommended. Please use local bus ( ATV ) which save you money and it takes the same time as boat or ferry. This hotel is great and value for money.

Stayed 3 nights. It's a small 3 star hotel with friendly staff. Facilities are somewhat basic for the price. Location is quite central but away from lake view.
