"This property is so quaint and nice. Dave and his wife are simply fantastic hoteliers. The team was incredibly attentive, even Mark, the overnight guard was the friendliest person. I highly recommend this place as your headquarters while in Belize City. Very close to the Ferry so it's easy if you're going to spend a couple of days in San Pedro or Caulker Caye. I can't wait to go back and stay longer because we spent the bulk of our time in San Pedro and only got one night at One South...

"The rooms are awesome, but the yard is still under development, the canal is choked with grass and trash making the kayak rental a no go , it's located abit remote if you are planning on walking anywhere. I think the rate is high for now , once the property is completed it would definitely be a place id go back to. "

"Very quaint and cute house by the river. During our stay we saw several parrots, howler monkeys, and the resident iguana. The screened in porch was amazing for relaxation and tuning in to the sounds of the jungle. Shanna was wonderful to work with and helped us with tours and transportation, and she took us to several shops and stores to pick out groceries before our stay. 10/10 would recommend her services!"

"It was a pretty property, had a whole cottage to myself that was comfortable. It was clean and had a lot of amenities, just no where to buy items from on Easter weekend. I felt safe, as a single woman, and felt at ease walking around the neighborhood. I would gladly stay there again. "

"The location was close to the airport in a quiet residential neighborhood. It’s quite far from restaurants and stores so be prepared! It was a comfortable apartment and a short drive to the airport.
