Great family getaway
House was as advertised- great space for a large group. Close to hiking trails. Property manager was easy to communicate with a very helpful!

Beautiful home
We enjoyed our stay in Bella Vista. The house was nicely furnished, with a large grassy yard. The beds and rooms were very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Good location, close to activities and restaurants in Bentonville. Easy check-in and good communication with the host. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Adventure Landing
This was the perfect property for our family to get together and celebrate the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was great, easily accommodating all of us, the location was wonderful, and I would highly recommend this property. Maria was great to recommend a number of options in the area for our family to check out to keep us all busy. The biking trails were convenient, the hike we took was just minutes from the house as well. We had everything we needed and more! I know everyone in our family will remember this Thanksgiving for years to come.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and with lots of kids we loved the split floor plan. We felt like we could enjoy nature but were close to Bentonville.

Amazing getaway
We had an amazing time at this house. Communication with Maria was excellent and she helped us when we needed some support for the hot tub. The trails nearby are cool. It’s a short drive into town and some amazing restaurants. Everything was great. We brought our own kayaks however because the ones they had we very small and not very comfortable for longer paddles. The kids got out on the water and paddled around much of this “arm” of the lake.

Beautiful place to land after a long day on the trails.
We had the best time staying here with friends. Our kids loved swimming in the lake, running through the woods, and just enjoying there room to roam.

Great view
Very nice stay. The view was very nice, however we did not take advantage of the lake or the lake toys. Our group did take advantage of the bike trails and crystal creek. The property was very nice and worked well for our group. Maria was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had.

Fourth of July Trip
We had an absolutely awesome stay over the Fourth of July! This house was perfect for our large group (including 6 young kids)! We had plenty of space for family games, cooking meals, and of course enjoying time outside. The kids LOVED the boat and the lily pad! Maria went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Everyone is already talking about how we can’t wait to come back!

Meet in the Middle
A great place to meet friends and enjoy a week on the lake. Although we had a few hiccups along the way, Brad and Maria were beyond helpful and accommodating! We loved Arkansas and all it has to offer!

Spring Break Getaway
We came for a long weekend for Spring Break. There were 6 adults and 4 kids and the house was the perfect size. We did some hiking and the kids loved the Hot Tub. We went to Crystal Bridges and the Amazeum. Lots to do and the weather cooperated too! We have already talked about coming back again. Maria was very responsive and helpful.

The host was wonderful and provided lots of input as to what to see and do in the area. Weather wasn’t very cooperative but we had a great time anyway.

Family trip
This property was perfect for our family of 12. Maria (she is truly the nicest) worked so smoothly with the chaos we call family. Covid struck when we were supposed to be staying at her property she graciously assisted with moving days. This property was close to water so lots of water activities as well as close to the bike trails which several in our group enjoyed. She answered questions timely and was so pleasant I feel as though we will be back! Thank you so much for sharing with my family.

Highlty recommend this property and hosts! The house was very clean and well appointed. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, and being close to the bike trails. The hosts were very communicative and check in was super easy. And the birthday treats were a fun surprise. Definitely recommend this place!

Very nice property. A few items need attention: drawers in kitchen; supplies (garbage bags, salt, etc); directions re video/TV; directions re fireplace; grill needs repair. Overall good experience, location, etc.

Due to rolling brown outs from the storms we experienced, the tv in the living room was indeed off-line. We were happy to come out late on a Saturday night to get it up and working for you again and hope you guys had a fun night. Thank you for the tip on the 1 burner on the grill. We have it on our list to be looked at especially now that grilling season is upon us. We just had our quarterly maintenance completed and will send our maintenance team back out to look at the miscellaneous items you pointed out. Our family and friends came to the area for the first time mountain biking. The home was perfect…the only problem was we wanted to stay in more than go out biking! Great place to vacation…so close to everything. Definitely coming back soon.

Perfect location for a family reunion!
This was a perfect location to meet with our kids from Houston and Albuquerque and us from Ohio. The house was beautiful and comes fully stocked with household necessities. The snack box left for us was a nice added touch! We kayaked and knee boarded on the lake with the complimentary equipment, played board games and enjoyed all the area had to offer…hiking, shopping, arts etc. Perfect location for easy access to everything while feeling like you are out and away from it all! The host was great with communication and responded quickly with any questions we had!

Gorgeous property!!
We came down to Bentonville for my daughter's 16th birthday. The house was so beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable and the girls had so much fun in the hot tub! Maria went above and beyond, offering to pick up a balloon and cupcake order for me, so they'd be waiting as a surprise when we arrived. It was all so special! We'll definitely be returning. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Labor Day weekend stay
We had a party of 7 including 2 kids aged 4 and 7. The kids had a blast playing in and outside the house. We spent a lot of time in the water and rented the boat for one day which was a lot of fun! The house is well set up for larger groups with 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs with a separate bathroom. The kitchen was large and well equipped, perfect for cooking large family meals. The house is well stocked and we were able to stay the entire weekend without having to leave for any supplies.
